Project Management Assignment
Project Management Assignment 2
Task
In order to demonstrate competence in this unit, you will need to show that you can develop a
project plan, show the examples of monitoring the arrangements and evaluation of the project’s
progress, and demonstrate the knowledge of relevant legislation.
The assessment involves defining the project scope and developing the project plan for the
business used in this case study. Throughout this report, you should address all the essential elements
required in the undertaking project work, but the focus of the assessment should be on how your
project plan is developed in line with the project parameters and the organization goals and
objectives.
About Company
My Company is planning to host, “The World’s Greatest Shave” for the Leukemia
Foundation. This foundation works as non-profit organization, which dedicates the cure and care of
all the people, who are suffering from lymphoma, myeloma, leukemia, and other disorders of blood.
Money raised from “World’s greatest shave” funds the research of blood cancer and gets other free
support through this foundation. This foundation uses the “chin-people” as the mascots. I am a
Project Manager here and my job is to organize the event by developing, administering, monitoring,
reviewing and finalizing the plan. The whole project plan contains nine sections.
Project Management Assignment 3
1. Project Scope Document
Project Planning starts with defining the scope of the project, which is one of the most
important steps in managing the project. It talks clearly about the final delivery to clients and its
limitations, so that project can become a success. This document is an agreement between the
project manager (me) and the project sponsor for meeting the requirements of the project. The
scope of this project is very clearly defined in order to control the project.
a. Project Purpose Statement
One of the important reasons for starting this project, “World’s greatest shave” of
Leukemia Foundation is to collect the money for patients suffering from blood cancer. Some of
them are relocating themselves so that they can get effective treatment for saving their lives.
At least thirty Australians are suffering from lymphoma, myeloma, or other kinds of
blood disorders. Since this foundation is receiving no funds from the government, it is organizing
one of the biggest fundraisers during 12th-15th March 2015, to sponsor almost 150,000 people to
color or shave their hair for the people, suffering from blood cancer. This project is even good
for the business as the main idea as it motivates all the employees to work so that bosses can
double the salary and they can donate to the shave purpose. The corporate credit cards are also
used by the company to donate for the same.
b. Background
Leukemia Foundation, the non-profit making organization was born on 9th October 1975,
mainly for four distinct purposes like providing medical care, supporting the patients, research of
funds and educating the families, staff and the patients. This foundation has been providing
some personalized and practical support for the people, who are suffering from Myeloma,
Myelproliferative Disorders, Aplastic anemia, and amyloidosis. The World’s greatest shave is
Project Management Assignment 4
the novel fundraiser for this foundation. Each year, people are sponsored to wax, shave, or wax
the hair to raise the funds to help those people, arising from blood cancer.
After this fundraiser is organized, people in large numbers are coming up to donate
towards this noble cause and even school children are getting themselves registered for it. Their
separate team is being formed and they would love to have funky hair in school. Moreover, the
circumstances, which are driving this change is that people also realize the fact that their
donations would help to improve the quality of life for all the people, who are suffering from
blood cancers.
c. Objectives
The main objective of this project is to enable all the blood cancer patients, to lead a
quality life like any other individual. The mission is to care and the vision is to cure the blood
cancer patients. Online donations are also available for the people. Some big corporate hunks
even donate through credit card.
d. Key Stakeholders
The main stakeholders of this project would be the event coordinators, social workers,
nurses, administrators, marketers, people actually making donations and the business relationship
managers.
e. Organizational Requirements
One of the most important requirements of this project is to attract a large number of
people, who are ready to help in this noble cause. They can shave, wax, or color their hair. The
next step is to get their sponsorship done. The users or the customers can participate in this event
during the weekends or any date, which is convenient to them.
Project Management Assignment 5
f. Timeframe and milestones
The timeframe and milestone of this project would not be fixed since there are large
numbers of blood disorder patients. This event ought to be organized each year since the
numbers of patients are too large.
g. Inclusions and deliverables
Every year, the event receives considerable support from several outlets of media and
provides ample scope for all the positive stories, which would demonstrate the involvement and
the commitment. Overall support of people would make the world of difference.
h. Exclusions and constraints
As such, there are no restrictions or constraints to organize this event and anybody can be
a donor, not only from Australia, but also from overseas. But in case the kids under eighteen
years want to participate in this event, they need to seek permission from their parents or
guardians or even from their school. The sponsors can sponsor the people online now, due to
some technical errors.
i. Risks
There are various kinds of risks, like technical, internal, external, environmental which
may be detrimental to the project. The technical risks may be like the name of the donor is not
being shown in the database, especially made for this purpose. Internal risks of the company can
be particular employees fail to turn up on the designated day, thus the number of contributors
would become less.
Project Management Assignment 6
j. Sign offs
This is the stage in which both the project sponsor and project manager have to agree to
the requirements of the project. In this particular project, I am also sponsoring this project for my
company, so I will have to sign in both these columns of the scope document, along with the
date.
2. Project Resources and the Budget Plan
Resources can fall under four categories like human resources, physical resources,
technical and financial resources. A template for the project resources plan is made to determine
the estimates of the resources and the budget for implementing the budget.
Resources Date Required Source Estimated Cost Comments
Human
Resources
15/02/2015 Members

Project team comprises of
junior developers, senior
developers and the team
leaders.
Physical
Resources
15/02/2015 Man,

tools,

10,000 Australian
Dollars
Physical Resources would
include distribution of
pamphlets and banners
informing the people
outside about this event.
Technical
Resources
01/03/2015 Technology

New software named
world’s greatest shave is
developed, meant especially
for this purpose.
Financial

sources of
funding
10,000 Australian
Dollars
Financial resources would
include the funds of the
company, breakdown of the
budget and estimation of the
cost.
3. Work Breakdown Structure
This whole event needs to be organized through Work Breakdown Schedule (listing
method). It would also illustrate the line of authority for the project and the relationships of such
Project Management Assignment 7
tasks and activities to each other. Since the project manager is directly involved in developing
and administering this event, he would have to play a substantial role in making it, very
successful.
a) Informing the team members about the event (done by Project Manager)
i) Giving an online presentation about this cause and the Leukemia Foundation
ii) Giving the URL and guiding them to read and understand the cause. They can
download the iPhone app for the same, to understand the whole process.
b) Motivating the team to shave off their heads and stand up for this Nobel cause.
i) Making them read the views of people, who have actually done it.
ii) Encouraging the staff and their children to act as donors and help the blood cancer
patients in Australia.
c) The next step is to get sponsorship. The team can ask from anyone like parents,
grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles to get them sponsored. The teammates can send
emails, smses and ask people in social networking site to sponser them.
d) The team members need to get themselves registered, to the event so that they can
participate in the cause.
e) I would also run a dollar matching scheme for this special event and talk to the foundation
in this regard. Under this, I would ask my senior to double the money, which is
contributing towards this purpose.
f) In 2015, the team members can participate in the event by arriving at any of these
locations, Martin Place, (Sydney), Federation Square, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, or
Canberra. The schedule for this event is from 12th March-15th March 2015.
Project Management Assignment 8
g) The people, who are unable to go there due to obvious reasons can, participate in it, without
any worries. I would contact the World Greatest Shave team as a Project Manager to
finalize the event in such a case.
h) Further, the team members after participating in the event can celebrate their success that
they have reached their goal and have done something very worthful.
4. Project Management Tool
The tools of project management are used by the managers for planning and controlling
the projects. Project Management Software like the World’s Greatest Shave is most effectively
used in this business as a project management tool. This software can plan, organize, and manage
the sharing of the resources for developing the estimates of resources. It can also plan, schedule,
allocate the resources, and communicate as well as makes the decisions. Scheduling is an
important aspect of this software, which can sequence the activities of project and also assign the
resources and the dates to them.
The tools for scheduling of this software would also deliver support for the critical path,
estimation of activity duration and simulation based on probability.
5. Risk Management Plan
The risk management plan enables to foresee the risks, estimate the impacts, and define
the responses to all the issues. These risks are rated as per the likelihood and their consequences
of occurrence using the template of risk identification, given below.

b) Select the risk that you have determined to be the highest priority. Show how you will manage
the risk using the template provided below
Risk Management Plan
Risk: Failure to get a Project Sponsor.

This risk can be tackled by making systematically an effective Risk Management Plan
through a table, given below.
Steps Responsibility When Resources Cost
Getting the Project
Sponsor for this
purpose is a big
challenge as there is
a huge team to be
sponsored (not just
one or two people).
But, in case, I don’t
find anyone to

a Project Manager,
I would sponsor
the whole team, as
the reputation of
the company is
concerned.

7. Project Deliverables
Use the following template of a milestone report, to show whether the expected outcomes
at each stage of the project have been achieved. If not, explain how they will be achieved.

due to lack of time and resources, people outside the company would not be included. It was not
a mandatory milestone, so could not be pursued later.
8. Finalizing the Project
a) Create a draft financial summary report to view the project’s budget by comparing it
against the actual expenditure.

Sponsor

30,000
dollars
$5,000 Since, nobody
has agreed to
sponsor such
a big team of
1000 people, I
along with
other senior
officials of the
company
agreed to
sponsor the
event on our
own.
b) Now, that the project is closing, staff roles are changing. Based on the roles and the
responsibilities of every team member, determine how they will be assigned to new roles
or reassign to the previous ones.
Yes, the roles of the staff members would change once the project is closed. The
team members, who have participated in organizing this event and have worked hard
along with me to make it really successful, would be offered good and challenging
projects in the days to come. Those people have really felt that they are also responsible
to make this event superb, not only for their own growth but for the sake of the
company’s reputation.
c) Write a plan for the signoff process and explain how you will obtain stakeholder
acceptance.
After the Project Scope Document covering all the points, like background,
reason, objectives, requirements, milestones and timeframes, etc. are formulated, they are
discussed again with the senior officials, stakeholders and the Project Manager of the
company. A meeting would be called for the same purpose in order to explain everything
and to gain the acceptance of the stakeholders too. During this meeting every point of the
Project Management Assignment 14
project scope document is discussed and explained in detail. Thereafter the signoff
process is covered between the sponsor and the manager. Stakeholders are also explained
through presentations, websites, and other online tools like apps etc.
9. Reviewing the project
a) You have decided to involve the project team members in the project review process.
Outline the following :
 Who should be involved?
All the team members, event organizers and other senior officials should be involved in
the project review process.
 What input might they be able to provide?
They may suggest better measures to make the event successful like by making use of
less physical and the financial resources. Some may say that to organize such an event
may at least need 6 months beforehand.
 How you will involve them?
I will involve them by showing the project review feedbacks, comments and the reports.
b) You have organized a project review meeting with the stakeholders to close the project.
Create an appropriate agenda for this meeting that will deal with all these issues required.
Agenda for the Project Review Meeting
The main agenda would be to thank all the people, who contributed themselves, towards
making this project, an enormous success and have established a good reputation in the
Leukemia Foundation (the company, which organizes the World Greatest Shave Event).
c) Outline what lessons you have learnt during the course of this project and suggest how
they might be applied to the next project.
Project Management Assignment 15
d) The lessons, I have learnt during the course of this project is to make people really aware
about all the social causes and their responsibilities towards them. People working in my
company should know the actual meaning of philanthropy, as it is very important as a
human being.

  • 1. Project Management Assignment 1 Project Management Assignment
  • 2. Project Management Assignment 2 Task In order to demonstrate competence in this unit, you will need to show that you can develop a project plan, show the examples of monitoring the arrangements and evaluation of the project’s progress, and demonstrate the knowledge of relevant legislation. The assessment involves defining the project scope and developing the project plan for the business used in this case study. Throughout this report, you should address all the essential elements required in the undertaking project work, but the focus of the assessment should be on how your project plan is developed in line with the project parameters and the organization goals and objectives. About Company My Company is planning to host, “The World’s Greatest Shave” for the Leukemia Foundation. This foundation works as non-profit organization, which dedicates the cure and care of all the people, who are suffering from lymphoma, myeloma, leukemia, and other disorders of blood. Money raised from “World’s greatest shave” funds the research of blood cancer and gets other free support through this foundation. This foundation uses the “chin-people” as the mascots. I am a Project Manager here and my job is to organize the event by developing, administering, monitoring, reviewing and finalizing the plan. The whole project plan contains nine sections.
  • 3. Project Management Assignment 3 1. Project Scope Document Project Planning starts with defining the scope of the project, which is one of the most important steps in managing the project. It talks clearly about the final delivery to clients and its limitations, so that project can become a success. This document is an agreement between the project manager (me) and the project sponsor for meeting the requirements of the project. The scope of this project is very clearly defined in order to control the project. a. Project Purpose Statement One of the important reasons for starting this project, “World’s greatest shave” of Leukemia Foundation is to collect the money for patients suffering from blood cancer. Some of them are relocating themselves so that they can get effective treatment for saving their lives. At least thirty Australians are suffering from lymphoma, myeloma, or other kinds of blood disorders. Since this foundation is receiving no funds from the government, it is organizing one of the biggest fundraisers during 12th-15th March 2015, to sponsor almost 150,000 people to color or shave their hair for the people, suffering from blood cancer. This project is even good for the business as the main idea as it motivates all the employees to work so that bosses can double the salary and they can donate to the shave purpose. The corporate credit cards are also used by the company to donate for the same. b. Background Leukemia Foundation, the non-profit making organization was born on 9th October 1975, mainly for four distinct purposes like providing medical care, supporting the patients, research of funds and educating the families, staff and the patients. This foundation has been providing some personalized and practical support for the people, who are suffering from Myeloma, Myelproliferative Disorders, Aplastic anemia, and amyloidosis. The World’s greatest shave is
  • 4. Project Management Assignment 4 the novel fundraiser for this foundation. Each year, people are sponsored to wax, shave, or wax the hair to raise the funds to help those people, arising from blood cancer. After this fundraiser is organized, people in large numbers are coming up to donate towards this noble cause and even school children are getting themselves registered for it. Their separate team is being formed and they would love to have funky hair in school. Moreover, the circumstances, which are driving this change is that people also realize the fact that their donations would help to improve the quality of life for all the people, who are suffering from blood cancers. c. Objectives The main objective of this project is to enable all the blood cancer patients, to lead a quality life like any other individual. The mission is to care and the vision is to cure the blood cancer patients. Online donations are also available for the people. Some big corporate hunks even donate through credit card. d. Key Stakeholders The main stakeholders of this project would be the event coordinators, social workers, nurses, administrators, marketers, people actually making donations and the business relationship managers. e. Organizational Requirements One of the most important requirements of this project is to attract a large number of people, who are ready to help in this noble cause. They can shave, wax, or color their hair. The next step is to get their sponsorship done. The users or the customers can participate in this event during the weekends or any date, which is convenient to them.
  • 5. Project Management Assignment 5 f. Timeframe and milestones The timeframe and milestone of this project would not be fixed since there are large numbers of blood disorder patients. This event ought to be organized each year since the numbers of patients are too large. g. Inclusions and deliverables Every year, the event receives considerable support from several outlets of media and provides ample scope for all the positive stories, which would demonstrate the involvement and the commitment. Overall support of people would make the world of difference. h. Exclusions and constraints As such, there are no restrictions or constraints to organize this event and anybody can be a donor, not only from Australia, but also from overseas. But in case the kids under eighteen years want to participate in this event, they need to seek permission from their parents or guardians or even from their school. The sponsors can sponsor the people online now, due to some technical errors. i. Risks There are various kinds of risks, like technical, internal, external, environmental which may be detrimental to the project. The technical risks may be like the name of the donor is not being shown in the database, especially made for this purpose. Internal risks of the company can be particular employees fail to turn up on the designated day, thus the number of contributors would become less.
  • 6. Project Management Assignment 6 j. Sign offs This is the stage in which both the project sponsor and project manager have to agree to the requirements of the project. In this particular project, I am also sponsoring this project for my company, so I will have to sign in both these columns of the scope document, along with the date. 2. Project Resources and the Budget Plan Resources can fall under four categories like human resources, physical resources, technical and financial resources. A template for the project resources plan is made to determine the estimates of the resources and the budget for implementing the budget. Resources Date Required Source Estimated Cost Comments Human Resources 15/02/2015 Members of project team 10,000 Australian Dollars Project team comprises of junior developers, senior developers and the team leaders. Physical Resources 15/02/2015 Man, machine, tools, equipment 10,000 Australian Dollars Physical Resources would include distribution of pamphlets and banners informing the people outside about this event. Technical Resources 01/03/2015 Technology and software 5000 Australian Dollars New software named world’s greatest shave is developed, meant especially for this purpose. Financial Resources 01/03/2015 Cost estimates, breakdown of budget, sources of funding 10,000 Australian Dollars Financial resources would include the funds of the company, breakdown of the budget and estimation of the cost. 3. Work Breakdown Structure This whole event needs to be organized through Work Breakdown Schedule (listing method). It would also illustrate the line of authority for the project and the relationships of such
  • 7. Project Management Assignment 7 tasks and activities to each other. Since the project manager is directly involved in developing and administering this event, he would have to play a substantial role in making it, very successful. a) Informing the team members about the event (done by Project Manager) i) Giving an online presentation about this cause and the Leukemia Foundation ii) Giving the URL and guiding them to read and understand the cause. They can download the iPhone app for the same, to understand the whole process. b) Motivating the team to shave off their heads and stand up for this Nobel cause. i) Making them read the views of people, who have actually done it. ii) Encouraging the staff and their children to act as donors and help the blood cancer patients in Australia. c) The next step is to get sponsorship. The team can ask from anyone like parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles to get them sponsored. The teammates can send emails, smses and ask people in social networking site to sponser them. d) The team members need to get themselves registered, to the event so that they can participate in the cause. e) I would also run a dollar matching scheme for this special event and talk to the foundation in this regard. Under this, I would ask my senior to double the money, which is contributing towards this purpose. f) In 2015, the team members can participate in the event by arriving at any of these locations, Martin Place, (Sydney), Federation Square, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, or Canberra. The schedule for this event is from 12th March-15th March 2015.
  • 8. Project Management Assignment 8 g) The people, who are unable to go there due to obvious reasons can, participate in it, without any worries. I would contact the World Greatest Shave team as a Project Manager to finalize the event in such a case. h) Further, the team members after participating in the event can celebrate their success that they have reached their goal and have done something very worthful. 4. Project Management Tool The tools of project management are used by the managers for planning and controlling the projects. Project Management Software like the World’s Greatest Shave is most effectively used in this business as a project management tool. This software can plan, organize, and manage the sharing of the resources for developing the estimates of resources. It can also plan, schedule, allocate the resources, and communicate as well as makes the decisions. Scheduling is an important aspect of this software, which can sequence the activities of project and also assign the resources and the dates to them. The tools for scheduling of this software would also deliver support for the critical path, estimation of activity duration and simulation based on probability. 5. Risk Management Plan The risk management plan enables to foresee the risks, estimate the impacts, and define the responses to all the issues. These risks are rated as per the likelihood and their consequences of occurrence using the template of risk identification, given below. Risk Identification Activity Risk Description Likelihood Impact Frequency Priority Registered This is a big May happen It may be The Its priority is
  • 9. Project Management Assignment 9 members fail to turn up on that day risk for the company has sent out the list of 1000 people due to any emergency detrimental to the repute of the company frequency of this risk is neither high nor low. But it can occur three. Number of donors are less and hence the amount If the amount of the contribution is less, it may send out a wrong message and may affect the reputation of the company. May happen even in the worst circumstances It may again affect the repute of the company, as a whole. The frequency of this risk is neither high nor low. But it can occur Its priority is three. Lack of Project Sponsor In case, the company and its team members do not the sponsor, then the whole event /plan can collapse. Is more likely to happen, if the project manager and the team members fail to get the sponsorship. The chances are very probable for this risk to occur. The frequency of this risk is also too high The priority of this risk to occur is topmost. b) Select the risk that you have determined to be the highest priority. Show how you will manage the risk using the template provided below Risk Management Plan Risk: Failure to get a Project Sponsor. Priority: This risk covers the highest priority Date: Initially, this risk is highest because without this, the project cannot be started and the agreement cannot be signed either. Objective: To tackle the risk of getting the Project Sponsor Prepared by: Project Manager
  • 10. Project Management Assignment 10 This risk can be tackled by making systematically an effective Risk Management Plan through a table, given below. Steps Responsibility When Resources Cost Getting the Project Sponsor for this purpose is a big challenge as there is a huge team to be sponsored (not just one or two people). But, in case, I don’t find anyone to sponsor the whole bunch of one thousand people, as a Project Manager, I would sponsor the whole team, as the reputation of the company is concerned. Initially, only, after the Project Scope Document is ready and the agreement has to be signed. Adequate Use of human Resources and Financial Resources At least 2500 Australian Dollars (rough estimate). 6. Communication Plan This plan should describe how the project information will be collected and distributed (including project meetings and progress reports) to project key stakeholders, using the following template: Name of stakeholder Relationship to project Preferred communication method Preferred meeting times Contact Details Mr. Paul Desouza Donor E-mail, Presentations Office Hours +61 489 789,888 Mrs. Jacques Ford Donor E-mail, Presentations Office Hours +61 489 789,887 Mr. Harry Donor E-mail, Presentations Office Hours +61 489 789,987 Mr. William Team Member E-mail, Presentations Office Hours +61 489 789,543 Mr. Joseph Administrator E-mail, Presentations, Social Network Sites Office Hours +61 489 876 432 Mrs. Alexandria Administrator E-mail, Presentations, Social Network Office Hours +61 489 876 222
  • 11. Project Management Assignment 11 Sites Mr. Charles Marketing Team E-mail, Presentations, Social Network Sites Office Hours +61 489 876 893 Mr. Michael Patrick Event coordinator E-mail, Presentations, Social Network Sites Office Hours and during Sundays +61 489 876 893 Mr. Joshua Event coordinator E-mail, Presentations, Social Network Sites Office Hours and during Sundays +61 489 876 890 Ms. Christine Nurse E-mail, Presentations, Social Network Sites Office Hours and during Sundays +61 489 876 800 7. Project Deliverables Use the following template of a milestone report, to show whether the expected outcomes at each stage of the project have been achieved. If not, explain how they will be achieved. Milestone Report Project: World’s Greatest Shave Project Date: 28/02/2015 Prepared By: Project Manager Milestone Planned Completion Date Actual Completion Date Achieved (Y/N) Forming a huge team of donors 20/01/2015 31/01/2015 Yes Getting a Project Sponsor 25/01/2015 02/02/2015 Yes Collection of adequate resources 15/02/2015 03/03/2015 Yes
  • 12. Project Management Assignment 12 Introducing new people and exceeding the target 25/02/2015 Not Completed No As a Project Manager, I wanted that I should donate more than the estimated amount, but due to lack of time and resources, people outside the company would not be included. It was not a mandatory milestone, so could not be pursued later. 8. Finalizing the Project a) Create a draft financial summary report to view the project’s budget by comparing it against the actual expenditure. Final Financial Summary Report Project: World’s Greatest Shave Project Date: 28/2/2015 Prepared By: Project Manager No. Milestone Budget Actual Variance Comments 1. Arranging the resources $ 40,000 Australian 35,000 5,000 It covers the cost of all the four resources (technical, financial, physical, and human). 2. Arranging the donors $10,000 Australian 15,000 Australian Dollars 5,000 Dollars The expenses include the cost of various mediums used for convincing the people for this cause (presentations, video conferencing, online chats, making use of apps etc.)
  • 13. Project Management Assignment 13 3. Getting a Project Sponsor $ 25,000 dollars 30,000 dollars $5,000 Since, nobody has agreed to sponsor such a big team of 1000 people, I along with other senior officials of the company agreed to sponsor the event on our own. b) Now, that the project is closing, staff roles are changing. Based on the roles and the responsibilities of every team member, determine how they will be assigned to new roles or reassign to the previous ones. Yes, the roles of the staff members would change once the project is closed. The team members, who have participated in organizing this event and have worked hard along with me to make it really successful, would be offered good and challenging projects in the days to come. Those people have really felt that they are also responsible to make this event superb, not only for their own growth but for the sake of the company’s reputation. c) Write a plan for the signoff process and explain how you will obtain stakeholder acceptance. After the Project Scope Document covering all the points, like background, reason, objectives, requirements, milestones and timeframes, etc. are formulated, they are discussed again with the senior officials, stakeholders and the Project Manager of the company. A meeting would be called for the same purpose in order to explain everything and to gain the acceptance of the stakeholders too. During this meeting every point of the
  • 14. Project Management Assignment 14 project scope document is discussed and explained in detail. Thereafter the signoff process is covered between the sponsor and the manager. Stakeholders are also explained through presentations, websites, and other online tools like apps etc. 9. Reviewing the project a) You have decided to involve the project team members in the project review process. Outline the following :  Who should be involved? All the team members, event organizers and other senior officials should be involved in the project review process.  What input might they be able to provide? They may suggest better measures to make the event successful like by making use of less physical and the financial resources. Some may say that to organize such an event may at least need 6 months beforehand.  How you will involve them? I will involve them by showing the project review feedbacks, comments and the reports. b) You have organized a project review meeting with the stakeholders to close the project. Create an appropriate agenda for this meeting that will deal with all these issues required. Agenda for the Project Review Meeting The main agenda would be to thank all the people, who contributed themselves, towards making this project, an enormous success and have established a good reputation in the Leukemia Foundation (the company, which organizes the World Greatest Shave Event). c) Outline what lessons you have learnt during the course of this project and suggest how they might be applied to the next project.
  • 15. Project Management Assignment 15 d) The lessons, I have learnt during the course of this project is to make people really aware about all the social causes and their responsibilities towards them. People working in my company should know the actual meaning of philanthropy, as it is very important as a human being.
