Company Name:
Network Digital Resources and Services, Inc. (NDRS, Inc.)
I started the company when I was 20 years only with a handful of investors:
Our Services:
We specialize in building printing and copying infrastructures for colleges. We setup the
initial network interface that allows clients to print and copy in a single or multi location
(s). We also place all necessary printing and copying equipment. And last but not least,
we sign service contracts for not only maintaining the network interface but also the
printers and copiers.
Our, process of printing and copying is a lot like the copying system you find at Kinko’s.
Where one must buy and card to print or copy.
Where I added Value:
• Lead a successful marketing campaign to increase awareness in Southern
California colleges
• By going from college to college actively. Finding out their specific
needs and wants, such as: Do they presently have an infrastructure for
printing and copying. If yes, are the satisfied?
• Helped improve overall revenues by 28% for 2002 to 2003. By signing
new contract specifically with LBCC, CC, and CCC.
• These contracts paid out revenues of more than $500,000
• Negotiated and acquired three five-year contracts. Company policy
that we only sign 5 year contract, had convince client that it is in their
best interest to do so. I did this by building a relationship with them,
and friendship per say that leads to trust.
• These negotiations could take anywhere from 6 months to a year but
I’m one of your fastest closers.
• Secured a large territory, which encompasses both Los Angeles and Orange County,
which includes:
• Networking with administrators of colleges. I dealt with and entertain high
profile clients such as Dean’s and V.P’s of college. To build up the
relationship/friendship I routinely take them to lunch, dinner, golf, etc.
• Managed a staff of three dispatch Mechanics and two Information Systems
Engineers. Contact persons at the above listed colleges called me for any and all
service concerns. Then I delegate those duties to the above listed employees. I made
sure that all service calls were handled in a proper manner.
