Osama Dukhan recently had an active participation with one of DOEK’s projects in Antwerp before joining OCMW team as an intern last August. Formerly, he worked for SVU as an assistant director. His achievements have been concentrated on several roles; managerial, coaching, and academic teaching where he has had great opportunities to develop himself and build a career aligned with his personal interests. Back to his experience as a Junior in Sales and Marketing, He had an opportunity to develop his negotiation skills and deal crafting besides a set of skills related to reporting, KPIs building, planning and dealing with marketing data in numbers.
