Payment Balance Settlement
Before you initiate handover process check the remaining
balance. If balance is pending then issue demand letter. Make
sure that all payments are cleared before handover process.

Change Request Completion
Check if any change request in internal structure or fitting
made by the owner and agreed by developer is done or not. If
not done please raise the issue with civil department. Make
sure that before handover of flat all changes are done and
take acceptance copy from customer. Also check whether the
extra charges agreed by the customer have been paid or not.

Clearance from Civil Department
Take clearance from the civil department for all the fittings
and internal completion of work. Once the civil department
has approved with the handover you can prepare the
flat/project handover process. Please also check whether the
occupancy certificate is issued from relevant authorities.
Prepare a checklist before possession and cross check it.

Customer Issue Redressal Process
Inform all the customers about various concern person which
is directly related to construction, plumbing, electricity etc. so
that any issues can be taken care and keep an issue tracker or
maintain in records.

As per company/developers policy and after completion of
initial requirement for society formation we can initiate the
process of society formation.

Documents for Possession Letter
Issue Possession Letter according to the rules and regulations
of the company. The documents required for possession are
as follows
– Maintenance Receipt
– Possession Note
– Reminder Note(Ready For Possesion On Letter Head )
– (PARKING)Allotment Letter
