Out The Box Advertising conducted a risk assessment on 27/04/2018 to identify potential hazards for their student project. Hazards identified included large crowds interfering with equipment, trip hazards from cables or equipment in the recording studio, and risk of electrocution from liquids near electrical devices. Controls were put in place such as positioning equipment away from crowds, keeping cables tidy, and prohibiting food and drinks in the recording studio. All members of the team and voice actors would help implement these controls.
