JCB is a free lance advisor who prepares documentation for legal processes related to commercial countervailing duties and anti-dumping laws. Previously, he worked on negotiations between Bausch and Lomb Care and Optics Worldwide and a Russian corporation. He also assessed the impact of NAFTA on a Mexican food corporation. Additionally, he coordinated a feasibility study for a hazardous waste incinerator project. JCB holds a degree in Political Economy and has worked as an economics academic at several Mexican institutions. His recent lectures have covered topics such as the integration versus globalization, the Greek and Japanese crises, and unknown facts about NAFTA.
