Hello! My name is Iliana Julio, I am currently
with Chase Financial Corp. as a Sr.
Mortgage Loan Officer.
I want to give you a little background about
myself… I started out as a Jr. Loan
Processor in the mortgfage business over
fifteen years ago.
I the assistant to various Loan Officers for
over a year and during that time, I continued
my education and achieved the title and
position of Loan Officer.
Soon thereafter, I opened my own branch
office, which I operated successfully for ten
years.
In 2009 I was recruited by Bank Of America
(Countrywide at the time) as a loan officer.
I have been back in the Mortgage Broker
business, with the added experience in
retail.
My areas of expertise include, Federal
Housing Administration (FHA),
Conventional, Jumbo, ARM and HomePath
loans, Down payment assistance loans and
more.
My main focus is for all parties to be
involved, well informed and up to date
throughout the process of the loan.
I will and prefer to meet with the client(s) in
person to explain our step­by­step
procedure, fees, other options, and answer
any questions they may have.
I will go above and beyond to make sure the
process goes as smooth as possible. I truly
believe the long hours, hard work, and
exclusive attention I give all my clients and
agents is the major factor in the success of
meeting all their needs and satisfactions. I
find this evident as 100% of my business
come by way of referrals and word of
mouth.
