    You have IMPROVED. The skill of explaining is one of the most coveted qualities of a good teacher. You have that. You comfortably and therefore confidently substantiate the matter. Your voice is your plus point. You are clearly audible. But sometimes you get over-conscious and fumble. Don't let it happen. If possible, please be prepared with the substitutes. Your players could fail or cheat you any moment. Work on your grammar. You commit silly grammatical errors. I have also felt that sometimes you can not give speech your ideas. So rehearse once before presenting your presentation. That's all from my side. Keep it up, buddy. Thrive
