3. Entry levels for partners
We recognise that each individual will achieve different levels of business depending
on their niche market. We support, feed and develop individuals specific to their
requirements rather than have the same remuneration packages and marketing support
for everyone.
Three levels of entry :
LEVEL 1 – Turnover £250,000.00 TO £500,000.00
Commission equivalent to 60% of commissions earned
LEVEL 2 - Turnover £500,000.00 TO £3M
Commissions equivalent to 60% of commissions earned , PLUS an annual group
company bonus based on overall company performance
LEVEL 3 - Turnover £3M+
Your own travel company under our umbrella - 80% Majority Ownership for you and
20% Little Black Book – retain 100 % of all margins - create real turnover ( as clients pay
into your account ) therefore a “real” capital value created - Full accounts, auditing and
bonding provided.
