(c) What is Innovation Diffusion?
(d) What is market segmentation and its basis?
(e) What is customer loyalty?
(f) What is Emotional Advertising Appeal?
(g) What do you mean by dyadic exchange?
(h) Explain motivational intensity.

Unit – I
2. Explain the various stages of pre – purchase process to be undertaken for buying a car.
3. Explain the evolution of Consumer Behavior. Which methods are used to study consumer behavior?
Unit – II
4. What is consumption behavior? Discuss the various consumption experiences. Describe the factors
affecting satisfaction level.
5. Why is it important to understand consumer motivation? Discuss various motivational conflicts and
need priorities.
Unit – III
6. What is culture? How is it formed? Discuss its effects on consumer behavior.
7. What is social class? What are the determinants of social class? How social class affects consumer
behavior?
Unit – IV
8. What do you mean by opinion formation? How business shapes consumer’s opinions?
9. What factors are responsible for the success of innovations? Explain the diffusion process.
