 Traditional Campaign
   Tend to be older
 Want a campaign focused on television
 Think the old fashioned approach will reach the
      target audience of 20-45 more
 Modern Campaign
   Tend to be younger
 Want social media i.e. Facebook, YouTube,
      celebrities to be involved
 Think that this approach will reach the target
      audience better
 Old fashioned only
 New fashioned only
 Idea 3
 Have a TV ad with celebrity
     endorsements
 On a side note have YouTube ads
 Old fashioned
 This plan would not solve anything and problems
     would persist
 Modern
 This pan would have the same issue as the old
fashioned and not please one party
  Idea
 Idea 3
 This pleases both parties of people it contains
elements of the old and modern campaign in a
     meshing way
 I do believe that employees would grudgingly
accept this plan and respond positively
The conflict in my opinion is the result of
different view points on both sides of the
conflict. Since on of the roots was age I
believe that the employs should subject to
learning thoroughly about the opposing parties
time and campaign. Another issue is stress
which could have elevated emotions to an
extreme in this scenario. I believe that fewer
people should work together, this way they
have less to manage and less people to worry
about.
