I followed design process that i have learnt in NIFT to create something interesting which starts with inspiration and end up with the collection. After struggling
with the whole process it always gives a new output everytime.

Traped
The garment is inspired from the
cage as the girl wants to escape
from it but not able to. As twe have
to use waste so the fruit pakaging
net is used to represent the cage.
Basic colors are used to show the
purity of the bird.

Eco Active
Eco active is the story of both natural and human made. Protecting and preserving nature and an-
cient culture is key concept. Environment responsibilities reflected in new product design, revisting
old process and explore the reuse of waste, for beauty we look to nature for colour and texture inspi-
ration.

for the stores. Show placement of prints in provid-
ed sketches. Managing and coordinating between
production house and designer in order to facilitate
smooth working.

with design elements and embroidery patterns.

Soft Net, Stretch Net, Butterfly Net, Organdza, Lycra,

Follow the forecast decided colors(Sand,
Horizon, Carnation Peach, Candy Pink, Apricot, Mex-
ican Pink, Deep Red, Forest Green, Urban Blue, Wills
Blue, Choco Brown, Plum and Black).
PRINTS AND EMBROIDERY
The collection for fall 2 , 2014-2015 was more of demi
couture. The collection comprised of floral prints in dif-
ferent forms highlighted by heavy embellished. compli-
menting the print silhouettes were prepared, embroidery
print, Company’s trade mark print “lotus print”, ”cloud
print”. the prints or embroidery patterns were to be placed
carefully so that patterns were to be made accordingly for
construction and appropriate highlighting. The collection
comprises of wonderful floral embroidery and print used
in different size and forms.

PROCESS :
For this ckd stylee process first step is to make khaka, then pattern is being traced on the fabric keeping in mind the guidlines
of khaka.
Fabric is sent for embroidery and once it comes back from being embroidered , it is cut and sent to the stitching
department.
