Enrichment mediums <ul><li>The most frequently used enrichment medium </li></ul><ul><li>is the blood agar plate containing 5% whole blood. </li></ul><ul><li>Selective mediums allow only certain bacteria to grow and suppress the reproduction of others. </li></ul><ul><li>Indicator mediums are used to register metabolic processes. </li></ul>
