their rigs are not only known for their market-proven designs

put in to make the KFELS Semisubmersible Drilling Tender a
zero discharge vessel and to reduce emissions from the KFELS

by the Singapore Institution of Engineers Prestigious

Keppel Land established a Board Safety
Committee (BSC) in 2006, the first by a public-

22. Future plans
 Notwithstanding government tightening measures and the
softening market in Singapore and China, Keppel Land
sold over 4,400 homes, mostly in China, almost twice the
number sold in 2012.
 During the year, Keppel Land entered into a strategic
partnership with China’s largest residential developer,
China Vanke, to jointly develop properties in Singapore and
China. The first joint project

in Chengdu as well as The Springdale and 8 Park Avenue
in Shanghai.
