Task Force 101 is a volunteer initiative created by SOFX Network intended to fight evil and avert suffering in schools by building a coalition of advisors, working by, with, and through kids and community stakeholders. The focus is to detect and disrupt active shooter attacks in the pre-crisis phase.

4. Why Current Solutions Fail
What We Know
• Emergency Action Plans & Drills address what to do after the
commencement of an active shooter event.
• Once an active shooter event is underway, loss of life will
typically be measured in multiples, no matter how fast and
professional the law enforcement response.
• In many recent cases of active shooter attacks, the high
probability threat was identified and reported, but pressure
was not sustained to avert crisis in the pre-crisis phase.

5. What is Needed & Why
TF101 Three Point Plan:
1. Train & empower children to act as early warning
network.
2. Provide anonymous reporting system that will
professionally case-manage high probability threats.
3. Train & empower TF101 Advisers to work by, with,
through school administrators and local law
enforcement to do three things:
• Increase early identification of High Probability Threats
• Increase pressure on parents of High Probability Threats
seek pre-crisis solutions
• Insure schools, law enforcement, and parents are
communicating & networked together

On or about August 15, 2018, Task Force 101 will
deploy the Three Point Plan in not less than three
school systems across the United States. The purpose
is to fight evil and avert suffering by placing focus and
energy on pre-crisis reporting and intervention.
Task Force 101 will leverage key concepts and
frameworks that have well served the special operations
community in both peace and war.
Although there may be future requirements for salaried
personnel, the near term plan is to build the program
and deploy with an all-volunteer team.
