Typically our brain will distinguish a note as one sound, but there is a form of hearing loss that can cause some people to hear sounds differently, at
two different pitches. This troubling condition is known as diplacusis, and it's when a person perceives a single auditory stimulus as two separate
sounds. So instead of hearing just one sound, there is a dissonance in the timing or pitch of a sound and a person often hears the correct pitch in one ear,
while the other ear detects the pitch as being either higher (sharp) or lower (flat). This abnormal perception is also known as "double–hearing", so it

This article only reinforces what I had earlier read that earwax is meant to collect dirt and dust and other particles from getting deeper into your
ear canal. We all have earwax for a reason and we should naturally, at least as much as possible let the earwax come out of our ears and not put
anything into our ears to force the earwax out. Everyday activities like eating and talking will push old earwax to the opening of your ear where it

explained since it is audible to others, and often caused by a physical event in or around the ear. But it is unclear exactly how and why subjective
tinnitus begins and continues. The National Institute on Deafness and other Communication Disorders (NIDCD, 2014) stated that scientist have not
been able to agree upon what is causes the brain to create the sensation, but many scientist have concluded that tinnitus is similar to chronic pain
