African-American) is a nationally known
Business author. He is also President of Progressive
Management Associates, Inc., a consulting firm that
has advised companies, nonprofit organizations, and
government agencies on progressive strategies for
managing a changing workplace. A graduate of
Princeton University and Harvard Law School, Graham
is on the faculty of Fordham University where he
teaches the course "Minorities and Women in
Corporate American." He is a frequent TV commentator
on workplace issues on CNN, CNBC.
