 Role of the Sales Manager:
 setting targets, setting plans and executing those plans
 motivate the sales representatives for their roles
 increasing the sales team.
 Role of the sales representatives:
 generate sales leads
 communicate the marketing communication on personal level to the
prospective customers
 convert the sales leads into sales
 Record the sales in the ERP system of the company.
Team Progress
 40 new sales lead generated
 20 new sales lead made
 Records maintained for the sales made
 Efforts being made for expanding the sales team
Issues and Problems faced
 lack of communication and coordination
among the team members
 lack of a harmonious relationship among
the team members
 lack of responsibility for the team
outcome among the team members
 Redundancy and duplication in work as a
result of lack of coordination
Proposed Solutions
 conducting the team building
exercises
 connect the team performance
with the individual performance
 Use of digital tools for
collaboration
Feedback from the stakeholders
 The collaboration for this task is by all accounts conjoint.
 The gathering individuals were steady and supportive.
 They can deal with any sort of issue.
