• Receiving multiple live feeds from different destinations, maintaining the required audio and video
quality for various programs.
• Ensure the recording of live programs & feeds from outside into the NAPES, and TAPES as a backup
(Via Satellite, Fiber).
• Assist MCR Supervisor in MCR related programs.
• • Assist and guide production operators in our bureaus regarding technical and SNG related problems
if ever occur during transmission.
• Hands on Experience on FOR-A switcher, TK-12 and STUDER Audio panel, Sony Cameras and
Ericsson IRDs.
• Ensure smooth transmission of PTV Sports including Audio, Video, Signal Patching, and Camera
CCU.
• Ensure excellent quality picture through Camera Control Unit.
• Communicate with the Facilities Sector and coordinate the flow of incoming feed.
• Reports clearly in the booking system all technical or operational issues observed during
transmissions.
• Identify faults and take immediate preventative action to restore transmission.
• Undertakes routine testing, preventative and corrective maintenance of transmission systems and
ancillary equipment.
• Provide operational and engineering support to other technical areas within the TV center.
• Ensure the monitoring and adjustment of incoming video streams according to the Broadcasting
Technical Standards.
