Mr. Farid Ahmed Khan is the key pillar of the company and is the founder of BEQUEST REALTY L.L.P.
He is a Civil Engineer by Academic qualifications and adds to the company his vast knowledge and expertise
throughout the tenure of the prevailing projects.
He started his career in building material supply particularly in Marble and Granite in the year 1991.
By 1992, He also started working as a Civil Engineer for other developers and also a land and property dealer and
consultant in Mumbai.
His first Venture as a builder came in the year 1996 when he as a Director of Solar Properties Pvt. Ltd entered in
building and redevelopment.
Mr. Farid Ahmed Khan remains to be the company's guiding beacon and has solely been responsible for the
company's success and growth throughout our tenure.
Under his guidance the company has worked in many projects as partner or proprietor particularly under Section
33(7) of the D.C Rules.
He is the proprietor of NIRMAN CONSTRUCTIONS Builders & Developers and also holds the position of a Director
