So going up, as mentioned earlier, we will also be offering unique and functional amenities which will cater to a family’s needs. Aside from the standard line up of amenities we have, we will also be offering a lounge pool, a reflection pond, indoor garden and a bigger function room of about 420 sqm. We have also planned it to have a more regular shape for it to be used more efficiently during events. Note that we have situated the amenities on the top of the podium area, like most of our projects to give the residents privacy from the public.
Moving on to the typical residential level, each level will have 23 units per floor. 18 of which are 1 BR units and 5 are 2BR units. Note that we have already increased the number of 2 BR units in this project based on the demand we encountered for the 1st BGC project. As mentioned earlier, we will be introducing bigger unit cut of 61 sqm for 2 BR units as each unit will have a maid’s room. For this project, we will also be offering loft units on the top most floor. These units will have even bigger unit cuts from 77-111 sqm. These will be sold with a premium with consideration on the view and the unit sizes. Tower 1 will have 652 units all in all.
