Every religious leaders, every political leaders,
every community leaders, Every union leaders,
Every Association leader, infarct every one that
seeks to lead should have a godfather...even a
father at home needs a godfather...Godfathers
with proven integrity...This is great wisdom...
how beautiful will it be if our so many grandpas
and grandmas can be responsible godfathers and
godmothers to look up to...the journey is too
rough and too dangerous not to go with the
wisdom and experience of the godfathers and
godmothers...things should naturally get better
and easier with Godfathers (and Godmothers)
around – Femi Adediran.
The custodians, the carrier and the courier of
the values, ethics and integrity that defines any
nation should be the godfathers – Femi
Adediran.
When your father is your mentor, you are most
blessed. God fathers should know that their place is
not at the front but behind the curtains making
good things happen in a nation and if they must be
at the forefront they should be at the front to
campaign against corruption, stealing, barbaric
killings, nepotism, self-centered godfatherism,
perversion of justice and every atrocities that can
make the future of their born and unborn godsons
undesirable – Femi Adediran.
Our godfathers should be the personification and
the representation of the God of justice, the God of
equity, the God of order, the God of love that we
cannot see. Our godfathers should be expression Of
God’s personality. They are human; they should at
least strive to be the god that they are – Femi
Adediran.
To a large extent, our nation can only be as great as
our godfathers permit her to be. Every nation of the
world become as molded and as projected by their
godfathers – Femi Adediran.
It will be a shameful thing for godfathers to struggle
with the government of the day in governance. The
elders should be more grave and more descretional
in dealing with the government so they don't lose
their "earned" authority. The words of the elders
should be loudest in the secret so it can echo and
reecho in the open – Femi Adediran.
Politics should not be seeing as an "opportunity" to
steal our Commonwealth but a "privilege" to
properly administer and allocate our available
Commonwealth. But When Godfathers become
"Godgathers" of our Commonwealth, its a pathetic
sign of the depth of our depravity as a society and
as a people – Femi Adediran.

Nothing will change in our Education system
until “Government children” start attending
“Government Schools” – Femi Adediran.
Any leader of any nation that is not confident
to send his own children to "government
schools" but send his own children to schools
of other nations where their leaders make
adequate facilities for learning available even in
"government schools" is not fit to lead in such a
nation – Femi Adediran.
A nation biggest investment should be in her
children and youths, not because they are the
leaders of tomorrow but because they are the
"pillars" that MUST not fail. When a nation
does not have a protracted developmental
programmes for her children and youths, such
nation is not only headed towards "many
troubles" but will soon become inhabitable for
any living things – Femi Adediran.
Education may not make us rich but it sure
make us "rich-able"–Femi Adediran
Our National Orientation should be part of our
school curriculum from preschool even to
higher Institution so it can be part of our life
and we would not be able "to depart from it’ -
Femi Adediran.
The easiest way to fight corruption is to change
the orientation of the people – Femi Adediran.
Do not obey the law because it is convenient;
obey the law because it is your confidence.
Make the law your friend so your enemy can

There are no better people only people with
better opportunities. And when we have
better opportunities either by position or
portfolio, we should seek to better the life of
others rather than oppress them. Our
opportunities are our chances of making at
least a difference - Femi Adediran.

• What makes a nation great is her people. To
fix a nation, fix the people. A broken people is
a broken nation.
• Mineral resources without proper application

become great. It does not matter
whether she has mineral resources or
not. What is most important is her
human resources. Because where there
are people, there is hope.
• The hope of every nation is her people.
Teach the people right, treat the people
right and everything will turn right.
• What makes a great nation is not doing
great things, it is doing little things
right...little things like queuing up
everywhere without favor or prejudice.
• There is no limit to what a nation can do
when she first and foremost invest in her
people before any other one thing.

“If we must not sacrifice our people, we must be willing to make

• A nation can only be as beautiful as the sacrifices she
has made.
• We become a corrupt nation because our forefathers
did not lay foundation of sacrifice. They did not teach us
to be careful with our personal appetites which
eventually become national termites. The legacy we met
is a legacy of selfishness and self-centeredness where
every dick and harry in Government must own an oil
well even when they do not have water well in their
compound!.
• The reality of our potential is in the sacrifices we are
willing to make. Realities are locked up in Sacrifices.
• We may have gained independence from colonial
masters but the final battle for freedom is in the
personal sacrifice we are willing to make to become a
nation.
• Sacrifice must become a lifestyle for all if we must build
a nation we can call home.
• Sacrifice is the poison that can kill corruption. We must
teach it in our homes, in our schools, in our churches, in
our Mosques, in our community, and in our government
houses. Let us teach our children and our youths that
we must think of the common good before we think of

energy becomes divided

agencies are leaders who obey the law -

Democracy is useless where the law does
not have a voice. Democracy becomes a
charade where there is no rule of law.

obedience to our own law. The only
governable nation is a nation with
effective law. If the law in a nation works,
every other one thing will. Where there is
no law, there is no direction. Until the law
becomes binding on all, a nation will
never experience true freedom.
• Where the law is weak, the nation
becomes vulnerable. The nation becomes
plunderable.
• What makes a nation secure is not her
Army but a national constitution that is
"working". Even the Army is not secured
when the national constitution is not
"working“.
• A nation can only become lawless when
her leaders become lawless. Every living
thing can only produce after its own
kind. A goat can only beget a goat.
• If you can obey your own law, every
other law becomes easy to obey because
the hardest law is your own law.
• The easiest way to make the followers
obey the law is for the leaders to first and
foremost obey the law. Leadership can
only be effective by example.

obedience to our own law.
• It is better not to have a law than to have
a law and then become disobedient to
the law we made. It is the height of
irresponsibility.

effectively interpreted and rightly enforced.
Charity, as well as the law must begin at home.
Train your children and family to respect and to
obey the law of the land.
• It is not the leader that made the people rather it
is the people that made the Leader. A leader is a
reflection of her own people.
• A lawless people will always end up with a lawless
Government.
• Each time we try to manipulate the law as a
people, it becomes easier for government to
thwart the rule of law.
• A good way to solve a general problem is by
personal approach. It is personal problems
that become general problems in the first
place. Obeying the law must first and
foremost be a personal decision before it

"common man" until he decides to go

become a fruitful nation.

when we all become "accountants" and none of us is

Until we become an accountable nation we will
perpetually remain a “poor” nation.
• Accountability should become one of our cultural
practices as a nation.
• We must come to realize that everything "counts" ,
even the smallest act of fraudulency will eat deep
into the balance sheet of our nation.
• It is easy to deplete Commonwealth where
accountability is not the order of the day. If you can
be accountable you can become respectable.
• The bedrock of any lasting democracy is
accountability.
• When a man is accountable to nobody in particular,
he cannot but become reckless in living. The fear of
God is the beginning and the ending of
accountability
• There is hope for an accountable man who does not
even know much about the mathematics of money
than for an accountant who is not accountable.
• Becoming accountable is beyond being able to
commit the principle of account to heart it its about
the integrity of our hearts.
• God has blessed every nation abundantly with every
resource they need for sustenance.
• Only accountable nation is truly blessed.
• The issue of accountability should be become so

of job can become the easiest when you have

• Our National identity is an offshoot of our
National Orientation or disorientation.
• Our National Orientation should remain an ever
running National campaign because our nation is
a going concern.

• Nobody will run from a country where we all have
equal access to good health facilities, equal access
to good education, equal access to electricity,
equal access to good roads, and equal access to
the basic things of life. The citizens are not asking
for too much but these few things which rightly
belong to us because of our Commonwealth and
more importantly because of our equality as
citizens of the same country.
• Each time we create an atmosphere of inequality, the
system becomes imbalance.

• Our language might be different, our color might be
different, our career might be different, our gender
might be different...Our equality is in our differences.

• If we can place same value on one another regardless
of post or portfolio we would be more committed to
our common cause.
• When you realize that we all are equal, you will stop
stealing so you can look better than others.
• We came to this world naked, we would also leave
naked. We breathe in same air and the color of our
blood has not changed, it has always been red, race
or nation regardless. This is a pointer to the fact
that even God was deliberate about our equality.
• When we have sense of equality, we will become self
regulated rather than law regulated. Your sense of

• I think a part of our National constitution should
mandate people in government to send their children
to government school else they should not attempt
political post. It should become a criminal offense for
people in government to send their children to go to
school in “another government” country.

left and that can fearlessly express what they know.
• Political portfolio will perpetually become the
ambition of an average citizen of this nation until
they can be refocused and redirected by sound
education.
• It is a disgraceful show of mediocrity to think that it is
by stealing and perversion of judgment t that a man
can become "rich“.
• A nation is as poor as her own people no matter the
abundance of her natural resources. The people
makes the nation, the nation does not make the
people.
• Education is not just about classroom learning, it is
also about skill acquisition, trade apprenticeship and
anything that enhances a man's mind and not just his
pocket.

Poverty and insecurity will forever remain our
National identity.

themselves is because there is a compromise of trust and
integrity in our line of command - Femi Adediran.
Members of Armed forces are not angels with mighty power,
they are only trained differently apart from the rest of us,
they are but common men like us - They are fathers, they are
mothers, they are uncles, they are religious leaders, they are
our neighbors. If we know that they are men like us and they
know that they are men like us, securing our nation will be a
lot easier because we will watch each other's back

death a street sweeper has. No matter how "attractive"
death might be, nobody wants to die, even Jesus wished
death away. This becomes a challenge to our leaders to use
the last drop of their blood to make this land, a land for the
living and not a cemetery for the dead - Femi Adediran.
• The only Secured nation is that nation whose leader and
people, place the highest value on live and living. It is a
nation who believes in and practices equality of all lives,
status or location regardless.
• Our National borders can never be secured until the nation
and her citizens become genuinely bothered about every
single soldier in the line of fire.
• Leading nations are nations with effective national security.
Until our nation become secured for both immigrants and
citizens, our economy will continue to take the hilly dive
down south. When our National security becomes fixed,
our economy will boom, naturally.
• Security is everybody's job, wear your uniform everywhere
you find yourself. You are a soldier in your office. You are a
soldier in your community. We must all defend our
National integrity which translates to effective National
Security.
• The same fear of death a president has is the same fear of

• Every soldiers who knows that his people care
about him indeed will fight ruthlessly with his
life to defend her national territory.
• Leading nations are nations with effective
national security. Until our nation become
secured for both immigrants and citizens, our
economy will continue to take the hilly dive
down south. When our National security
becomes fixed, our economy will boom,
naturally.
• The most important thing in any nation is her
security, the thought that i can walk without
fear of death or attack in my own fatherland is
enough a reason not to seek for greener
pasture in any other place.
• Every single life wasted in any nation is an
automatic setback for such nation. We
become backward because we are killing our
own people.
• Any Government who is able to effectively
keep her people save deserves daily prayers
and cooperation from her people.
• Security is everybody's job, wear your uniform
everywhere you find yourself. You are a soldier
in your office. You are a soldier in your
community. We must all defend our National
integrity which translates to effective National
Security. In our national security effort, we
must remember that Soldiers are to defend
our National territory and not to harass
helpless masses.
• When a soldier walks through our street, it
should probably be that he is back from a war
or returning from defending our border. Such
soldiers should be given heroic welcome for
being brave enough to defend our National
territory with their life.
• When the government of a nation fails to take
proper care of her various security agents, we
should not be surprised when those security
agents turn around to harass the masses if
only to take care of themselves.
Men in Uniform who carry latest guns and
operates interballistic missiles like toy are not
the only good hands to enforce our national
security but also loyal and trust worthy men
either in uniform or not.

Every religious leaders, every political leaders, every community
leaders, Every union leaders, Every Association leader, infarct every
one that seeks to lead should have a godfather...even a father at
home needs a godfather...Godfathers with proven integrity...This is
great wisdom... how beautiful will it be if our so many grandpas
and grandmas can be responsible godfathers and godmothers to
look up to...the journey is too rough and too dangerous not to go
with the wisdom and experience of the godfathers and
godmothers...things should naturally get better and easier with
Godfathers (and Godmothers) around – Femi Adediran.

The custodians, the carrier and the courier of the values,
ethics and integrity that defines any nation should be the
godfathers – Femi Adediran.
God fathers should know that their place is not at the
front but behind the curtains making good things happen
in a nation and if they must be at the forefront they
should be at the front to campaign against corruption,
stealing, barbaric killings, nepotism, self-centered
godfatherism, perversion of justice and every atrocities
that can make the future of their born and unborn
godsons undesirable – Femi Adediran.
Our godfathers should be the personification and the
representation of the God of justice, the God of equity,
the God of order, the God of love that we cannot see. Our
godfathers should be expression Of God’s personality.
They are human; they should at least strive to be the god

enlightening, informing, overseeing, superintending,
supervising, inculcating, indoctrinating, drilling, and
about training.
• God fatherism is far above politicking of things. Its about
life molding, about Nation building. What a great honour
to be a responsible godfather!

God Fatherism in the
Making of a Nation
• Godfatherism should not be about political fanatism or
about selfish business gain but about godly fatherism
that sincerely and genuinely protect the interest of all
and sundry in any nation.
• The government of the day can only try to make things
happen but when the godfathers are not lending the
necessary support, it becomes difficult for the
government of the day to make any meaningful impact
in such a nation.
• Godfatherism is leverage, its about taking advantage of
the wisdom of the ages.
• If only the godfathers realizes the sacredness and the
sanctimony of the incredible power and influence that
lies with them. They will be more careful in wielding
their swords.
• Godfathers should rather be the blessing and not the
bane of our national politics. Godfatherism are to show
us and to give us understanding of God's possibility in all
situations.
• When your father is your mentor, you are most blessed.
God fatherism should be a blessing and not a curse.
• When you have a godfather, your journey should be
short and your race should be smooth. Godfathers are
pathfinder. Men who have trodden path well beaten.
• It will be a shameful thing for godfathers to struggle
with the government of the day in governance. The
elders should be more grave and more descretional in
dealing with the government so they don't lose their
"earned" authority. The words of the elders should be
loudest in the secret so it can echo and reecho in the
open.
• Responsible Godfathers take responsibility even for the
mistakes of their godsons. This is the only way to build
not just a United Nation but a united front anywhere in
the world.
• When you are a godfather and things are falling apart
right before your eyes, it is to your shame and a pointer
to the fact that you have no lasting legacy. Every great
godfathers will fight like a true soldier to keep their
house together and to put them in good order.
• One unmistakable character of great godfathers is
selflessness. They have become dead to their own
personal interest.
• No selfish and self-centered person is worthy to be
called a godfather.
• Politics should not be seeing as an "opportunity" to
steal our Commonwealth but a "privilege“ to properly
administer and allocate our available Commonwealth.
But When Godfathers become.
• "Godgathers" of our Commonwealth, its a grave sign of
the depth of our depravity as a society and as a people.
• Every son who has a godfather will only have to start
from the sky. A godson with a responsible godfather.
• The wisdom in the hearts of godfathers should flush
out the foolishness in the hearts of their godsons. But
when the godfathers are foolish, there is little or no
hope for the godson.

Matters (I)
• No nation is greater than the value she places on
the life of her citizen.
• When the life of the citizen of a nation does not
matter, such nation never matters among the
nations.
• The weakest form of leadership is leadership by
force. Great leadership is by influence. A people
you cannot influence you cannot direct.
• Anytime we try to suppress the truth, it develops
invincible capacity to express itself under the
suppression.
• Until we realize the value of a life, we will never be
able to resist the urge to kill and maim one another.
• Statistics have shown that no less than ten other
lives are attached to each one life.
• We will never understand the implication of
embezzled funds, stolen Commonwealth,
nonchalant attitude in governance until our bad
roads, our ill equipped hospitals and our jobless
youths begin to take our lives.
• The only reason you will feel comfortable to kill
your brother for whatever reason is because your
conscience has become seared with hot irons.
• Any nation that sheds the blood of her young ones
will eventually bleed to death.
• Any nation that places higher value on mineral
resources rather than human resources is never
great.
• Any nation that sheds the blood of her people
becomes accursed.

followers is not only wicked but an enthroned
enemy.
• Until we realize that the life of a slave is as
important as that of a king...and that the life of the
citizen is as important as that of the leaders, we will
never be able to stand up for one another .
• Every life matters and every life counts simply
because both kings and slaves are born same way.
• We are all equal because we were all born same
way. And we all have a common future, it is called
death.
• When a nation cut short the life of her youth in an
attempt to keep them quiet and mortgage the
future of her unborn babies, the end result is
always anarchy.
• The future and hope of nation dies with the death
of her youth.
• We will never be able to go in the right direction
until we have the right orientation.

• Value is about input. You don't value what you did
not make input into. The only reason a
government will kill her youth in broad day light
without blinking an eyelid is because she has not
made input into them.
• The value of Leadership is determined by
followership. Leaders are as worth as their
followers. Leadership becomes worthless when
followership is of no value.
• Nations have internal wars when there are no
more regards for life and living. In a state of war,
life has no value.
• Every nation who has ever made progress has
come to realize that every life is EQUALLY
important and that one life is worth the attention
of a whole nation.
• The hallmark of any great nation is in the value
placed on individual life.

The only reason citizens of a nation will rise up to
kill themselves is because there is a compromise of
trust and integrity in our line of command - Femi
Adediran.
Members of Armed forces are not angels with
mighty power, they are only trained differently
apart from the rest of us, they are but common
men like us - They are fathers, they are mothers,
they are uncles, they are religious leaders, they are
our neighbors. If we know that they are men like us
and they know that they are men like us, securing
our nation will be a lot easier because we will watch
each other's back "sincerely"-Femi Adediran.
The same fear of death a president has is the same
fear of death a street sweeper has. No matter how
"attractive" death might be, nobody wants to die,
even Jesus wished death away. This becomes a
challenge to our leaders to use the last drop of their
blood to make this land, a land for the living and
not a cemetery for the dead - Femi Adediran.
