Students welcome the PLE&N
PLE is a good platform for us to discuss and collaborate. It's a
new learning way for us to share ideas. I appreciate that I can
contribute to this subject, and have form a structure of KM in
mind. At the end, thanks very much to our Dr. Eric and Dr.
Benny, you two really make us educated on KM. I hope
everyone will continue share information here in the future.

Communities of Practice
What is
Community of Practice (CoP)?
CoP is a community of people who share a common interest in a certain
area, and it provides these people at different levels and of different
backgrounds with an opportunity to exchange knowledge, skills,
experiences, and information in this area.
Through interactions, people in the community give and get support and
advice in person and virtually. CoP provides a rather informal and relaxing
environment where everyone can learn and develop himself or herself
professionally.
