ACEP Gold Sponsor: Coffee Break
MedData was a Gold sponsor of the 2014 ACEP
Scientific Assembly. We sponsored all 3 coffee
break areas on Tuesday, which featured signage
promoting MedData and directing attendees to
our booth to enjoy a fresh-baked strawberry
shortcake scone.

The Operation Game Challenge
Attendees competed for a daily prize by
completing our Operation game with
the fastest time. The record was just
over 30 seconds!

MedData’s shortcake scones – a new twist!
This year we tried something different –
shortcake scones. We baked and served
a variety of flavors: strawberry, peach
passion and apple caramel.
ACEP attendees loved them! We served
more than 5000 shortcakes over the
three days.

Reception at The Crystal Gardens on Navy Pier
This year we treated our clients to a
reception at the beautiful Crystal
Gardens venue, featuring an array
of delicious food, full bar and live
jazz music.
