Tastes of the Mediterranean and North Africa beckon diners to St. Paul where Chef and owner Brahim Hadj-Moussa's café features a menu of couscous, tagine, and other homemade specialties. For over twenty years, Chef Hadj has been cooking innovative Mediterranean cuisine, including chicken, seafood, lamb and vegetarian dishes on Grand Avenue.<br /> <br />Learn how to use the flavors and spices of this region as Chef Brahim Hadj-Moussa, who everyone calls Hadj, demonstrates his expertise in People Serving People’s kitchen. <br /> <br />Tickets are $75 and all proceeds go to benefit People Serving People.
