Fruit Mustards
Pineapple Poblano
• Pairs well with fish or chicken, even
great on crackers. Tangy and Sweet.
Cracked Cranberry
• Sweet and mellow. Great taste of cran-
berry without a lingering aftertaste.
Mixes great into chicken salad or on
leftover turkey sandwiches.
Savory Mustards
Garlic Peppercorn
• Amazing garlic taste without being
overwhelming. Fantastic on burgers.
Main/Pepper Line
Simply Sweet
• Our base. Great on everything. Kids love
it on fish sticks and chicken nuggets.
If you like salt and vinegar chips, you’ll
love this one.
Jammin Jalapeño
• Fantastic on bratwurst. Little bit of heat.
Tart and earthy. Works great on hot
dogs, brats, and burgers because it’s
almost like a spicy relish.
Hoppin Habañero
• Very citrusy. Pairs extremely well with
pork.
No Joke Jolokia
• One of the few times you can have a
ghost pepper product and enjoy it. Mix
it in with your devilled eggs or potato
salad. It’s also good with more gamey
meats like venison or buffalo.
Scorchin Scorpion
• A very fruity pepper. Great to put over
cream cheese and to use as a dip. It has
a very mellow and sweet flavor that
goes well with egg rolls.
Our Mustards
We have tried to highlight the flavor
of all of our peppers and not just the
heat behind them so you can really
savor the taste of the individual pep-
pers like the citrus of the habanero or
the smoky flavor of the ghost pepper.
• They can be used in any way you
would normally use mustard
• Mix them in with oil to make a salad
dressing
• Mix them in with yogurt to make a
chip or veggie dip
• Great mixed in with any bbq sauce to
use as a baste

Inniswood Metro
Gardens
Nestled within a scenic nature preserve,
the 121-acre Inniswood Metro Gardens
is a continual source of inspiration for
Central Ohioans of all ages. Streams and
woodlands filled with wildflowers and
wildlife provide a majestic backdrop to
the beautifully landscaped flowerbeds,
rock garden and lawns.
Dedicated to the enjoyment, cultivation
and preservation of nature’s treasures,
Inniswood boasts more than 2,000 spe-
cies of plants, specialty collections and
several theme gardens including the
rose, herb and woodland rock garden.
Visitors will enjoy the seasonal beauty
of the gardens and natural areas as they
stroll along three miles of trails and
paved pathways.
A Tribute to
Two Sisters
Inniswood Metro Gardens was once the 37-
acre estate of sisters Grace and Mary Innis,
who enjoyed gardening and wildlife obser-
vation respectively. The Innis sisters’desire
to preserve and enhance their gardens and
woodlands for the enjoyment of all people
resulted in the generous donation of their
home and property to Franklin County
Metro Parks in 1972.
To honor the memory of Grace and Mary In-
nis, Metro Parks opened the 2.8-acre Sisters’
Garden in 2002. Designed to celebrate the
complexity of nature and the inquisitive-
ness of childhood, The Sisters’Garden
aspires“to nurture the nature of the child in
everyone”
Inniswood Garden
Society
Inniswood Metro Gardens is a facility of
the Franklin County Metro Parks. Opera-
tion and maintenance funds are provided
by the District, however, continued growth
and development are contingent upon
gifts from private citizens and philanthropic
organizations.
Society members receive an Inniswood
Garden Society newsletter, a vote at the
annual meeting and information on the
activities and special events at Inniswood.
Membership in the Society helps to assure
the success of Inniswood and brings a deep
sense of involvement in knowing that your
membership is helping support this excel-
lent horticultural facility. Your membership
helps the Gardens grow! To learn more
about the Inniswood Garden Society, please
call (614) 895-6226.
