The Vending Box
Functionalities

 Online registration of the Box and its SIM card on the customer account. This
will be done prior to installation and can be done in bulk
 VM / Payment System configuration
 Phisycal installation of the Vending Box and overall check
 Total time required: 10-12 minutes
 The 4 LEDs will show the status.
 A tablet or a portable PC connected to internet will be
used to check the telemetry status
 No need to call the head office in order to verify that
the installation has been done correctly.
The Vending Box
Three simple steps for its installation

 Vending Boxes can be monitored / configured individually or in bulk through a
dedicated client / server software component called BiTX Control Panel. The
Control Panel offers different permission levels, in order to minimize issues due to
improper use.
 All alarms generated by a Vending Machine appear in the Control Panel. Audit
Reports are shown in raw form, allowing for a deep system diagnosis.
 The Control Panel can also be used to retrieve ad hoc audit reports, Vending Box
reset commands, remote price updates (whan the VM allows it) , introduce or
change the VM identifier (ECS code).

Remote Management of Vending Boxes

Data gathered by the telemetry box can be accessed by Moneytor in two different
ways:

MONEYTOR FEED
For those VM operators who are not using an ERP or VMS
(Vending Management Software), data from the machines
(sales, alarms, cash) and VM management is done on the
web, through an easy-to-use graphic user interface.
For VM operators who are using an ERP or VMS, telemetry
data and functionalities can be integrated with their preferred
backend systems.

MONEYTOR FEED

 Moneytor Feed is conceived to streamline and simplify integration of Moneytor
Vending Telemetry with any kind of ERP / backend system. In essence, the BITX
development team will create a custom integration “connector” for each target
system.
 Each connector can be configured to use a Local or Remote Storage area
where the ERP can retrieve and import data, in order to build a history
repository for each Vending Machine.
 FTP/SFTP is the standard protocol. For customers requiring additional
security features, data can be transferred via an IPSEC/VPN Tunnel.
 Moneytor Feed Files details:
 EVADTS Audit Files - each VM data is saved into a single Audit file.
 CSV Files - VM data are saved into four different types of files, one for each
primary feature:
