Managed Digitally and is well laid out
Staff information Systems- The Employee
Records are Digitally Managed and is equally
good here too. There are over 100 reports
about employees you can pull out from this
module
Employee Movements- This is the area where
Employee Movements are captured , looked like a
basic level
Transaction Management- Employee transfers,
Branch Transfers , Promotions, Probation
evaluation and confirmation along with onsite
Management is Managed in this module and
workflows this looks comprehensive than
Ramco
Time & Attendance- this is a module where time and
attendance is captured and it looks good, it has the
ability to pull data from other sources as well.
Time & Attendance- this is a module where
time and attendance is captured and it looks
good, it has the ability to pull data from other
sources as well. Additionally shift management,
flexi timings and time sheets are looking good.
Leave management- comprehensive leave
management and good dashboard indicators this
looks very good module to me
Leave Management – is equally good as Ramco,
the flexibility of designing your own leaves, and
also permission management looks very
comprehensive. Work from home mapping and
onsite attendance tracking are nice additional
features
Travel management- Plan travel, get travel approved
, and when you complete your travel you can also
claim for reimbursements,
Travel Management – This is a totally
automated process where travel is managed
from planning, approving, travel desks,
insurances, Visas, hotel booking, vendor
management, travel extensions, early arrival,
expenses is completely managed, there is a
complete shift from ramcos system to a
processing tool
Recruitment Management: Very comprehensive
module, it allows users to capture staffing
requirements, resumes and other relevant details.
The user may collaborate with recruitment agencies,
allowing them to enter profiles of potential
candidates. The administrative aspect allows users to
shortlist, set up/schedule interviews, rate and select
applicants. There is a quick hire option, Stages in the
Recruitment Management: completely
automated system with recruiters performance
management, requirement management, Open
Position Management, automated Social media
Job Posting, recruitment agency login and
automated Invoicing , Settings for every Job
opening, automated interview Management
and automated employee data sheets,

recruitment process can also be customized for each
hire. Reports on recruitment cycle time, cost, hit ratio
are available.

module looks very superior to Ramco.
Onboarding – Simple process of onboarding, where
employees are added through the system
Onboarding- a total automated system where
you automate the employee joining
requirements, business cards, to machinery to
id cards are all ready, online Induction
programs and offline Inductions are managed,
employee emails managed, and it looks a good
large automated process.
Talent Management – This is the performance
management where Appraisals can be done, they
have 360 degree, 9 box, and objective based
appraisals, goal setting, and talent score card. Their
behavioural and prospective model looks different,
but yet to analyse the effectiveness of the module.
Performance Management-a very flexible
module, where you have Journals, recognitions
and awards, KRA, Goal Setting, Competency
mapping, Appraisal (180/360) and also
performance grids, status management,
automated alerts, summary pages with graphs
are available, bell charts and 9 box are available
too. But the flexibility of setting up these
modules is what looks very promising, it is very
flexible.
Competency Model: looks a very good module , the
gap management area looks good
No separate module, there is a area called Skill
Management and development which does a
little bit of gap analysis, but is not full-fledged.
Training : More of a administrative tool for training Training: Automated tool for training with
scope for online training as well, training
planning from performance, need analysis is all
very comprehensive.
Rewards: there is a separate area for rewards for
incentives.
Rewards: No such area, there is rewards in
performance module.
Payroll: very good payroll system, not clear about the
features.
Payroll: flexible payroll and taxation system
goes to the level of automated declaration
forms and form 16
Benefits: Rule driven benefits system Benefits- Rule drive Benefits System
Reimbursements: separate module for
reimbursements, which manages all reimbursements.

employees in the career planning, and also build

mapping, reviewing, planning and succession
