The unit handles all financial transactions of Franklin Templeton’s domestic fund
operations.
Process and verification of US Shareholder accounts to ensure accurate coding;
appropriate processing of Payments and Compliance requirements are met.
Drafts: Reconciliation of checks submitted to the company on daily basis. Ensure
all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with the service
standards.
Assisted with escalated issues or inquiries from various departments within the

Investigate accounts to identify compliance issues and document resolution
