2. Testing method
1.Use 4 materials: low temperature nylon,PLA,ABS and PETG
to print a same model ( 65L x 6H x 14D mm), fillin 30%.
2. Weight the model then intall on the testing machine.
3. Weight the model every 2 hours after grind horizontally on the machine.
4. Switch the position every 2 hours after grinding on the testing machine,
grinde 8 hours totally.

5. Durable test method
1.Use 4 materials: low temperature nylon,PLA,ABS and PETG
to print a same model ( 65L x 6H x 14D mm), fillin 30%.

1. Taking a filament with 1.75mm diameter and length about 600mm, fixed on the both ends of tensile testing machine
( the upper part move upward, and the lower end remain still during the testing process ) , the length of tested part is 300mm.
2. Press the test button, tensile strength machine mobile terminal began to move up uniformly , until the filaments were snapped.
If the filament is not fractured in the test process, the mobile terminal will stop after moving about 779mm.
3. The computer which connected with the tensile strength machine records the moving distance of mobile terminal
and the suffered pulling force after mobile terminal stop moving.
4. The computer records of the tension that is we say the breaking force or maximum force.
elongation at break = mobile terminal distance /the tested length 300mm*100% .
Bending strength test method :
1. Taking a filament with 1.75mm diameter and length about 4-5mm, clamped In the test clamp of the bending strength tester .
2. Press the test button to start the test, the value of number showed on the screen of the test machine is bending strength①.
3. Press the test button again, start to time for 1 minute, and write down the value of number(bending strength②)
showed on the screen of the test machine when it is 1 minute.
4. Follow the Step 3 to test the bending strength③,bending strength④,bending strength⑤.
5. The bending strength is that bending strength①,Bending decline rate = bending strength⑤/ bending strength①*100% .
