2. Customer wants goods delivered through Micro-Courier System:
1. Customer sends his/her order by SMS to the system.
2. System asks micro-couriers their availability for the order telling them the compensation they get in response.
3. Upon receiving availability the system selects the first micro-courier to deliver the order for a given
compensation.
4. Micro-courier collects the ordered items and delivers to the ordering party.
5. Micro-courier gets the compensation in cash.

3. Store/Shop needs a goods delivery through Micro-Courier System:
1. Store/Shop needs to deliver an order by customer at his/her doorstep
2. Store/Shop asks Micro-Courier System for micro-couriers for this job
3. System asks micro-couriers their availability for the order telling them the compensation they get in response.
4. Upon receiving availability the system selects the first micro-courier to deliver the order for a given
compensation.
5. Micro-courier collects the ordered items and delivers to the ordering party.
6. Micro-courier gets the compensation in cash.
