3. Human beings are less conscious of the very earth,
without which their very existence is not possible.
There is a need for the emergence of earth
leadership and earth stewardship for earth resilience
and sustainable development.
Should be responsible for impacts and degeneration
of the earth ecosystem and strive for regeneration of
earth ecosystems.

5. Earth Leader
Having born on this earth everyone has equal right and
responsibility for the earth. Everyone is an earth leader. It
is one of the most resourceful and beautiful planet. Its
conservation and sustainability is of utmost importance.
The spirit of earth leadership could make it a better planet
for the present and future generations.

6. Earth had been tolerant and resilient over millions of years, but
with human developmental interventions and greed, it has
become very fragile.
Each country has its own policies which are mostly mean and
does not consider earth as one and everything on it is in
harmony and interconnected. Human and financial capital is
developed at the cost of natural capital, leading to weak
sustainability.

oneself nor declared by someone.
Leadership is not a position; it is the
continuous process of being
responsible for a cause.

12. Mother Earth
There is interconnection among all the elements of the earth’s ecosystem
between microcosm and macrocosm and biotic and abiotic. Our existence
depends on the health of the earth’s ecosystem. Our commitment as earth
leaders for its sustainable development is the common ultimate goal.
The earth is suffering, somewhere as the biotic and abiotic aspects of its
ecosystems are being overexploited and damaged.
We all are emotionally connected to the loving earth - as mother earth. It’s
suffering transcends on to the people and other life, through the intricate
connectedness of everything on earth. The current ‘development’ process and
progress leading to accelerated damage to the earth. People always love the
past - in the past, life was consciously connected with the earth. Human beings
are the single species, who are disharmonising the earth.
The future on earth is hopeless and bleak unless the earth-conscious
leadership emerges.

14. Earth leadership
In earth leadership, everyone and everything has significance and a role for
earth resilience and sustainable development.
Earth leadership is also being mindful of the challenges around. The challenges
around are the cause to strive for the emergence of earth leaders. Earth
leaders resolve the challenges for which they have vision and goals.
Earth leaders lead a group of people or organizations towards the sustainability
of the earth.
Earth leaders strive for the emergence of earth leaders for earth leadership.
Consistent earth leadership is needed, to understand and participate in the
processes for positive change. One should be sensitive and should be the
means and cause of earth resources sustainability.

15. Earth leader
Everyone is an earth leader. An earth leader inspires and empowers everyone around for
earth stewardship. Earth Stewardship is being responsible and committed to earth
sustainability. Earth leaders are all those who are committed to ecosystem resilience and
sustainable development of the earth.
Earth stewardship it encompasses Environmental stewardship it refers to responsible use and
protection of the natural environment through conservation and sustainable practices.
Earth leader is the trustee for conserving, protecting and improving the earth resources.
Earth Leader is one among the leaders who strive to achieve common goals.
Earth leaders contemplate on the challenges faced by the earth.
The well being and harmony of the whole world is their ultimate goal.
They get subjected to the challenges of the world – get sensitised through awareness,
exposure, experience, struggle and experience.

16. Earth leader
Earth leaders constantly improve their human traits of compassion, love, empathy
and humbleness.
Earth leaders reinforce their commitments by practising what is preached.
They have relevant skills, knowledge and technologies for shaping a resilient future.
An earth leader undergoes all kinds of situations with grace. There is nothing good
nor bad, everything is a situation. For a leader there will be a definite change in the
journey aspired towards a higher goal.
Earth Leaders don’t get disheartened at failures. They don’t ever long for respect nor
recognition for their contributions and achievements.
They do remarkable and magnanimous things for earth sustainability.
The earth leaders lead a complete and purposeful life.

18. Being
Being an earth leader means one should possess - Sensitivity, Humility, Truthfulness,
Empathy and Commitment. Above all, one should strive to have maximum integrity in
the context of earth space.
Earth leader should be conscious of the three aspects of life, i.e., Spirit, Knowledge,
and Action.
Three levels of consciousness
Geo Spirit - Purpose of living on Earth - Ones consciousness of the purpose of living
on earth - it is the ‘spirit’ of earth leader, which drives one to gain knowledge and act.
Geo Know- Purpose of gaining knowledge and experience is for being on this earth.
As a child, everyone wants to explore and understand their surroundings. This
curiosity of a child diminishes as people grow up.

19. Karma
Action or Karma is the most
fundamental thing to perform in life.
The action is decisive and essential to
cause results. Action manifests mostly
in the material world as it is mainly
tangible. To act is most fundamental
for any life on earth. With practice and
skills, one can perform and cause
greater results.
Action should be positive and
cause the least negative
impacts on the earth.
The purpose of acquiring
knowledge is also important.
Above all understanding is
important in life.
To change the world, knowledge
and understanding are useful and
one can know many things. Being
human, having knowledge and
wisdom is the basis for
understanding. 'Spirit' is above all,
i.e., action and knowledge. Spirit
guides to achieve the right
knowledge and act wisely to cause
greater results. An earth leader's
spirit changes the world.

20. Principles
Earth leader should have the
consciousness of oneness. Everything
on this earth is part of the whole -
One for All and All for One - One
cannot live for oneself - One can only
live for others.
They should imbibe certain principles
in their life, including but not limited
to:
The consciousness of being with earth
and sensitive to the challenges of
earth.
Aim for well being of all and live in
harmony with the earth.

There is a need to facilitate the emergence of ‘Earth Leaders.’ Explained below the
process.

27. Leadershipis making everyone a leader
Symbolically, the earth leader is the one, while climbing a hill, gives hand and pulls the person to reach above
oneself. Also mentors those above and below to reach the heights.

28. Recognition
Someone by knowing about the earth leaders would get
inspired and motivated.
A large number of others would emerge as the earth leaders
and contribute to earth sustainability.
Therefore the earth leaders should be recognised and their work
should be acknowledged and shared widely.
It is common to see that very few people get recognised and
appreciated less often. However small one’s initiatives might be
for the earth, one should be recognised and appreciated. Every
action is equally important for the sustainability of the earth.

29. An earth leaders progress is based on self-evaluation and on the proof of achievements seen in
results, outreach and outcome.
The earth center will issue the certificates recognising all those who have attended the Geo Spirit
Meets as an ‘Earth Leader.’ Exceptionally during major events, people who have contributed to the
earth sustainability would be recognised as an Earth Leader.
The Earth Leaders on this earth, that we may or may not recognise would be working somewhere
continuously with Geo Spirit.
We need many earth leaders and not just a few for the sustainability of the earth and for our own
existence.
The earth center has adopted a process to recognise the earth leaders (which would refine and
evolve with time), but this process is not limited, as explained above:
One should declare that I _________ am an Earth Leader, declaring my common goal/s for the earth.’
The goals and respective targets should be preferably from the Sustainable Development Goals.
Which mostly address the sustainability, conservation, protection, promotion, adaptation, mitigation,
etc. specific to one’s respective activity.
Ones self-declaration with will is the strongest commitment. Your word is your power.
Should have attended at least one ‘Geo Spirit Meet.’ Not a necessity for those who have already
contribute to sustainable development as per their capacities and potential.
A person who declared the common goals in life and attended the Geo Spirit Meet would be given a
certificate as Earth Leader.
Note: The earth leader can lead the Geo spirit meets after attending at least 5 Geo Spirit meets within
two years.

respective individual declaration - determined goals,
desired results, outcome and time period to achieve

The whole world shall be happy and I shall be happy
I shall strive for the Sustainability, harmony and Well-
being of the earth
I will work with commitment, integrity, love, freedom
and oneness.
Note: after the oath earth leader should gently touch
the ground with the palms of both the hands and fell
the sense of the earth.
