3. In the second meeting, I had organised our first
meeting date which is to be on Sunday 22nd
June. Firstly I had to notify the actors and they
had all agreed that Sunday will be the day to
film, I had booked all the equipment, this
consists of the camera, the tripod, the
steadicam, the tripod, a spare battery, a
charger and also an SD card.
I had then made a list of extra tasks that are to be
completed for next week for both myself and
Adi and update my co-worker on all that he
had missed out on.

4. In our next meeting we are to discuss:
 Our first filming session date
 The next tasks to be completed within the next
week
 Any extra ideas we have to contribute to either
the blog or the final outcome
