HepatitisB is a potentiallylifethreateningliver infectioncaused by HepatitisB Virus (HBV).
It is a major global health problem and causes chronic infection and puts people at high risk
of death from cirrhosis and liver cancer.
In 2018, WHOdeclared a goal of eliminatingHepatitisB by 2030.

western pacificregion with 6.2% and African region
with 6.1% of the adult population isinfected

>2 billion people worldwide have evidence of past or
