The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference
due to COVID-19 situation.
In this case, vide order dated 18.1.2021, Duty Magistrate/
Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sonipat ordered that Naudeep Kaur be got
medically examined. She was got medically examined but the said report
has not been placed on record by the State, rather only medico-legal report
under Section 54 Cr.P.C. is placed on record.
Learned counsel for the State seeks short time to place the
medico-legal report on record.
Adjourned to 26.2.2021.
