This matter has to get precedence. Let copies of all papers,
reports and relevant orders be forwarded to the office of learned
Additional Solicitor-General for the Union to be represented when the
matter appears next on 11.1.2021.
2. The reports prepared by the High Court should immediately be
forwarded to the office of learned Advocate-General.
3. A comprehensive road-map ought to be chartered out, taking
into account the litigative resourcefulness of the legislators and the
affinity to delay the trials so as to ensure the early disposal of the
criminal cases in accordance with law.
