Dear Sir or Madam:
I am looking for a hospitality management opportunity in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami/Boca Raton area of Florida
where my wife will begin work as a CIO on January 1, 2010. I was hired three years ago to be Vice President of
Operations for a rental and association management company embarking on a 17-phase, 4,000 plus unit
condominium development in Panama City Beach, Florida. With real estate sales at a standstill, the development
has halted with the completion of a single condominium building. The immediate future of the development
ownership is in question, as is the long term viability of the project
Prior to accepting my current position, I spent nearly 10 years both as the General Manager of a 600 plus room
beachfront hotel and as the Vice President of a condominium rental and association management company which I
developed and grew from scratch. Before that, I was the General Manager of a series of franchise and independent
hotels. Most of these were beachfront destination resorts, with the notable exceptions of the Hilton at Lake Lanier
Islands, Georgia, and the 1300-room Milford Plaza Hotel in New York City.
I am interested in a position in either multi-unit or single property management, condominium or hotel, rental
operations and/or Association management. I have an excellent track record of building business and creating
profits for several types of lodging product under a wide range of economic situations.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.
