2. The junk food is our worst
enemy, which is cheap and
delicious. These two main
reasons make people
consume it. We even buy for
our little children to destroy
their body before they know
what is to eat healthy food.
Actually healthy food is more
delicious then junk food, but
of course to buy unhealthy
food is easier and cheaper
then to make or buy healthy
one. So tell me why we have
to live like that? Why we
have to destroy our bodies?

3.  If you have a great
metabolism, you will not
have when you start to
consume unhealthy food and
you will become fat.
 With the years and with
your big belly will come
your healthy problems:
dental distress, acne,
headache, etc.
 You won’t do sports,
because you will feel weak.

4.  They say: “Chocolate makes
your depression go away.”
That isn’t true! Chocolate
even cause depression:
affects to our moods, to our
skins (acne), it becomes a
drug for us.
 Teach your children how to
consume healthy food and
how to do sports! I can see
everywhere how mothers give
their little kids popcorns for
example. Think about this,
they are your kids, don’t
destroy their bodies.

5.  And not in last place: Junk food affects brain
function and increases a risk of cancer.
People do not forget about these reasons and be
heroes to your kids, save their bodies.
