OBJECTIVE
My aim is to build a career, I have the self-motivation, passion, and skills to organize a work force to
work well.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Stock Office June 2007 - present
Wincanton / Argos | Corby
Project Managed A-Stock
The DC had over -1,000,000 Stock loss in one year
I was tasked to see if I could find ways to prevent stock loss,
I put process’s in place to get all three A-stock shifts working together
New SOP’s Were written,
Any loop holes I found were Closed
The stock loss has gone down to -350,000
A-Stock is now one of our Better Departments
Project Manage Goods in
I have now been asked to look at Goods in to see if I can do the same, it is a challenge I am looking
forward to it helps broaden my skills I still learn new things every day, and I am able to pass these
skills on, I am also going to keep control of A-stock,
I enjoy helping others to work smarter.. helping to build a better and smarter business

Working for the British forces in Germany as an Armed Security Dog Handler, 24 hr shifts patrolling
military camps, to protect the service men, equipment,
I qualified as a chief dog handler, it was my task to:-
Run the security section, comprising of 60 Personnel and 33 dogs,
Plan the shift pattern and control the workers hours, holidays booked correctly.
Ensure the smooth running of the business, I had to ensure the work force understand the duties for the
day and were correctly dressed for the task,
The dogs had to be well maintained
Food to be ordered on time,
Vet inspections to be organized, so the dogs could also be worked,

Started as a junior soldier, age 16.
Qualified as a top grade warehouse man,
Changed trades to driver,
Worked three years as a transport planner,
I ran the transport office organized the drivers to their jobs and planned the deliveries for the next day,
I had to ensure the correct vehicle was used for the correct job,
Ensure every vehicle was serviced every three months or every 3,000 miles which ever came first,
Ensure all the vehicle documents were up to date,
Gained qualifications as a hgv1 diving instructor,
Qualified as a physical training instructor, as a pt instructor i had to plan 40 minute lessons, train 35-40
people at a time ensure that all were kept motivated and Fit,
Qualified as a Weapons instructor
Qualified as a Drill instructor

I am happy to teach or instruct any of the work force,
