I was tasked to see if I could find ways to prevent stock loss,
I put process’s in place to get all three A-stock shifts working together
New SOP’s Were written,
Any loop holes I found were Closed
The stock loss has gone down to -350,000
A-Stock is now one of our Better Departments

Run the security section, comprising of 60 Personnel and 33 dogs,
Plan the shift pattern and control the workers hours, holidays booked correctly.

day and were correctly dressed for the task,
The dogs had to be well maintained

I had to ensure the correct vehicle was used for the correct job,
Ensure every vehicle was serviced every three months or every 3,000 miles which ever came first,
Ensure all the vehicle documents were up to date,
Gained qualifications as a hgv1 diving instructor,
Qualified as a physical training instructor, as a pt instructor i had to plan 40 minute lessons, train 35-40
people at a time ensure that all were kept motivated and Fit,
