Dear Colleagues,
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are regularly monitoring the situation and evaluating the
best course of action. The health and safety of our employees remains our top priority, and we are committed
to proactively slowing the spread of the virus.
Based on recommendations from local and global health experts, we have made the decision to ask all
employees in North America whose jobs do not require themto be onsite to work remotely. If you are
receiving this email, you are in a role that can be performed remotely, and this decision applies to you.
As the situation continues to change, we will regularly evaluate the remote work end date and will provide
updates if an extension is required. While our offices will still be open and operating with limited people onsite,
we require if you are able to work remote that you do so.
Important details and reminders:
• You are welcome to take your keyboard, mouse, computer monitor, or other essentials that will enable
you to effectively work remotely. Please notify IT if you are taking items so they are not reported
missing.
• Videoconferencing, phone, and VPN access will be used for internal and external meetings. Should you
require technical support please contact the Helpdesk.
• If you remain onsite, it is crucial that you stay at home if you are sick, have any symptoms of COVID-19
(fever, cough, shortness of breath), are immunocompromised, or have been in contact with someone
with the virus. Please visit our Sick Days Policy and Emergency Leave Policy for more information.
• See the attached document for tips on how to remote work effectively.
If you have additional questions, please contact your manager. We will continue to provide you with updates as
the situation evolves, and we will continue to work through it together. We greatly appreciate your resilience,
flexibility, and commitment to keeping each other safe and healthy during this time.
Sincerely,
