It is a process developed through time and practice. In this assignment, you will apply the synthesis process to the articles and topics from the first four Topics of this course. Consider the development of behaviorism, including the precursors and contemporaries of the early behaviorists. What limitations existed in those theories and practices, and how did the early behaviorists aim to resolve them?
General Requirements:
Use the following information to ensure successful completion of the assignment:
· Refer to the resource “Template: Origins of Behaviorism Paper.” ATTACHED
· Review the journal readings from the first four Topics of this course. You may wish to create annotations for the readings from Topics 3 and 4 for use in the synthesis process.
· Doctoral learners are required to use APA style for their writing assignments.
· Refer to Chapters 2-4 of the
Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association

After the Civil War, the United States had to recover from war, handle western expansion, and grapple with very new economic forms. Aspects that include workforce recruitment and training costs, team dynamics and time restrictions in discovering and hiring newer talents have been adversely affected by the increase in worker turnover rates and have resulted in increment in expenditures. The unconstructive effects of the elevated employee turnover rates , therefore, informs the study on why the workers opt to desert they jobs even as organizational administrators strive to enhance the employee retention rates through increment in salaries and establishment of more favorable work milieus.
Statement of Purpose
This paper is therefore, written with the objective of analyzing the effect of various aspects, for instance, increased employee turnover rates, on the organization as well as their contribution to the increasing rates of employees opting to desert their jobs.
Description of the Action Research Project
This study will make use of two key research methodologies, namely; qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
(Barton, 2006)

- 1. Title: African Americans Analyze its history from 1877 to the present Select four specific events or developments that span the years covered by this course, based on their impact on the topic. Two of the events must be from before 1945 and two events must be from after 1945. You must assess how the events in relationship t the topic changed over time and explain how the changes occurred. Please refer back to your Week Three Assignment. Write an introduction with a thesis. Your thesis should summarize the main conclusions that you discovered while researching your topic and that your will support with a logical argument based on evidence (sources). Please refer back to week three assignment. Connect each of the events or developments you have chosen back to your main thesis. The information presented must be organized and in chronological order. You must use at least four sources in your paper other than the textbook, with at least two primary sources and at least two secondary sources. Please refer back to your Week Three Assignment. Paper Must include a seperate title page Must begin with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement. Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought Must end with a conclusion that reaffirms your thesis.
- 2. Must use at least four scholarly resources other than textbook, including a minimum of two primary sources. Your secondary sources must come from the Ashford University Library. Must document all sources, in APA style This paper must be 4 pages in length, plus the title page and reference page
