PROCEDURE
Step 1 Make a star
Insert a 16 point star and 4 point star
Make the stars thinker
Use format shape to gradient the color of the shapes
Click the format painter to make the 4 point star same color as you
want
Step
Spin the star
Click the Animation Pane
Add Spin effects to the stars
Make the 16 point star spin clockwise
And 4 point star spin effects counter clockwise

Step 3 Add Motion Paths
Make the 4 point star place at the top of the 16 point star
Add motion paths you want
Select all and set the transition “with previous”
