TravelCo Corporate event program Steamboat Springs Colorado Objective By utilising information received from the previous years trading TravelCo will use this conference to determine the sales targets for the next year of trading. Analyse how each department will contribute towards the targets and build a mission statement and objective plan to assist all departments working together towards the target.

2. Agenda Friday night arrival 18:00 – 22:00 – Champagne reception for all delegates served with canapés and refreshments available at an open bar. Saturday 07:00 – 08:30 – Breakfast within the Hotel 09:00 – 10:15 – Review of previous years performance. Presentations from Marketing Management and finance. 10:15 – 10:30 – Refreshment break 10:30 – 12:00 – Presentations from Marketing Management and finance regarding the next year’s targets. 12:00 – 13:00 – Lunch 13:00 – 14:00 – Group breakout sessions. Analyse sales and financial t argets in detail for each marketing subgroup. 14:00 – 15:00 – Review of subgroup targets and closing meeting. 15:00 – 19:00 – Visit to Hot Springs in Strawberry Park. Watsu massage (massage performed in a pool of warm water) and relaxation in Natural Mountain spring water. Private massage huts lie within the surrounding forests covered in champagne powder snow complimented by the pools of water naturally heated to 40°C. 20:30 – 23:00 – Meal within the hotel. Select from the chefs specialities, various local delicacies and international cuisine.

3. Sunday 07:00 – 08:00 – Breakfast within the Hotel 08:00 – 11:30 – Hot air balloon ride over the Rockies. Watch the balloon be prepared for flight and then ascend several thousand feet for an amazing view of the Rocky Mountains. 11:30 – 12:30 - Lunch 12:30 – 15:30 - Skiing or snowboard lessons at the Steamboat Ski & Snowboard school. Enhance your skills on the fabulous slopes of Steamboat or learn a new skill to take home. 15:30 – 18:00 - Hotel Pampering session. Relax with the spa facilities in the hotel. Steam rooms, saunas and massage rooms booked just for you. 20:00 – 00:00 - Black tie evening meal and sales awards ceremony. A special guest speaker to take you through the evening of glamour. Awards for the best sales rep, territory manager and business growth to name a few. Free bar for the night and special Martini, shaken not stirred for your arrival. Enjoy! Monday A late checkout of 14:00 has been arranged however all delegates will have the use of the facilities of the hotel for the entire day.
