Suddenly they started loosing  on their hot candidates. As for any staffing company, candidates arethe only resource and loosing them is like loosing their entirebusiness. ROOSTER’S SOLUTIONAfter proper understanding of the persisting problem, RoosterHRproposed to Bonsai to use R-Lite, Rooster’s completely centralizedand simple to use workflow based, accountable recruiting processfor risk less intelligent decisions and smarter business growth.   5. 5. The problem started when the HR of Cevalsoft found it hard to match theappropriate candidate from the hundreds of resumes they received owing to time and resource constraint being an SME. Even the applicant trackingsystem they using didn’t help them much to resolve their problem as itdidn’t provide the accurate matching system which they needed.The other problem they faced was that the hard found candidates  after registering  are  not  turning  up  on  the  day  of  the  interview  once  it  is scheduled. This resulted in massive time wastage which led to improper resource allocation. This made the recruitment process longer and the timetaken to fill a vacancy extended. This had put Cevalsoft in a dilemma, as thekey requirements took more than the usual time to get filled. ROOSTER’S ANALYSISCevalsoft consulted RoosterHR to assist them in battling the issues faced inthe recruitment process. RoosterHR’s team of experts spent 2 completedays to understand the recruitment process of Cevalsoft and the applicanttracking system which they had, inch by inch.
