2. Responsibilities: (ECC)
Identifying potential SOD issues before assigning new roles to the user.
Giving fire call access and extending fire call access
Periodical checking daily firefighter ID logs
Analyze the user problems by using SU53, SUIM.
Creating new user accounts and user groups
Maintaining user master records and terminating the users
Creating roles and assign roles to the users.
