- Are you able to tell stories that people want to be a part of? Are you ready to risk being a generalist? Jobs are given to specialists? Who are you?
- Your clients don’t care about your company and your products. How do they fit into your story? How is the story a positive outcome for them? You employees don’t care about being in the greatest company ever, if they don’t understand how they fit in, why is it good for them? People care about themselves and where they fit into your story!
