This document discusses living a life of faith through abiding in Jesus and exercising faith actively. It encourages envisioning goals through writing visions down plainly like Jesus did with healing miracles. Living faith-filled allows accessing the supernatural like Jesus did with miracles. Having faith means taking chances without fear of failure by learning from mistakes. Faith grows through action, and we all possess an innate measure of faith from birth that can be developed.
4. Accept or act in accordance with (a rule, decision, or
recommendation)
To bear patiently
To continue in a place
5. Abiding in Jesus
Jesus promises that if we accept and follow His
Teachings and Way of Life that we can ask
whatever we wish and it will be done for us.
6. Yeshua lived a life of
Faith
When Jesus walked the Earth, He lived a life
full of Faith. This allowed Him to walk in the
supernatural. He healed the sick, raise the
dead, and performed miracles on a daily basis.
9. God did not bring us into the
world with our Faith tank on
empty.
We all are born with some amount of faith. Think about
babies that go through various stages of development such as
crawling, walking, running, climbing. Moving from one stage
to the next takes faith that grows with the baby as he/she
becomes more confident.
10. Faith is Active
Faith must be
exercised in
order to grow.
Faith without
works is dead.
James 2:20
11. Do not be afraid to take chances.
One of the main hinderances we
face is fear of the unknown.
Oftentimes God calls us to step
into unfamiliar territory. It can be
scary but God is always with us.
12. Do not be afraid of “failure”
Some of us are afraid to take chances
because we think we will fail.
However, is there really a such thing as truly
“failing”, if you learn from your mistakes and
try again?
13. Write the vision and make it
plain. Habakkuk 2:2
Whatever you want out of life see yourself doing it while
you pray. Think about how Jesus prayed, I imagine that He
envisioned Himself laying hands on the sick and seeing
cancer fall off, blind eyes opening, the dead being raised.
14. Write the vision and make it
plain. Habakkuk 2:2
He saw Himself doing those things, he did not imagine
laying hands on the lame and they limp home, or
telling the dead to rise and nothing happening.
15. Write the vision and make it
plain. Habakkuk 2:2
One thing that I have always done as a child was write stories about
myself doing things. At first they were fantasy stories such as flying
through the air, but I noticed as I grew I would write stories that would
come true. They would be simple things such as stories about toys and
dolls that I wanted.
16. Write the vision and make it
plain. Habakkuk 2:2
As a child I didn’t realize that I was operating
in the supernatural. I just thought the stories
were fun.
17. Write the vision and make it
plain. Habakkuk 2:2
It wasn’t until I saw a Youtube video last year about other
people doing this that I learned that it was a spiritual aspect
to it. So I deliberately started writing stories and combining
them with pictures, and I would watch them manifest.
18. Write the vision and make it
plain. Habakkuk 2:2
One story in particular was a camping story. I made up a story last year
about a family picnic that was a camping trip. I imagined us sitting by a
camp fire in the woods, etc. So earlier this summer my aunt decided to
plan the next family picnic at Pocahontas State Park where we would all
camp out. I found this amazing because my family has never camped out.
19. Write the vision and make it
plain. Habakkuk 2:2
Let’s say you are a high school student whose
dream is to become an astrophysicist for
Nasa working at the Kennedy Space Center.
20. Write the vision and make it
plain. Habakkuk 2:2
Well in addition to making good grades, you can
begin to imagine yourself already there. You can
create a vision board, or use pictures to help you
write a story.
21. – Let’s say you went to the doctor and found out you have liver disease. You can easily
turn your bad report into a good report by googling healthy liver function. You then will
speak to your liver and tell it how to function.
22. You can look at a picture of the healthy
liver and imagine your liver transforming
into the picture supernaturally.
23. – Imagine God beaming
down on your body and
healing it.
