The goal of the project was to implement a complete ordering system that can let restaurants provide their menus online to their potential customers and then also let their customers order from these menus provided, which will then notify the relevant restaurant of their order. The system is able to register restaurants and then allow them to add menus, menu items and other relevant ordering information while also receiving notification when a customer orders with them.
In order to achieve this functionality we had to implement a RESTful API, a database for storing restaurant and customer information, also an android and web application for allowing customers to make orders and finally a dashboard for restaurants to manage their account and be aware of orders made with them.
