Ж Hydrola- the Rain Goddess
Ж Wavely- The son of Hydrola, was
the one who warned a human
about the flood that his mother
was to release on the world.

Ж Rukia- The Goddess of the Moon that
caused the freezing of the old world
and created the new one.
Ж Kaya- The Goddess of the Sea who is
the mother of Adrawna and Lonso as
well as the wife to Heatio.

Adrawna and Lonso.
Ж Adrawna- The daughter of Heatio
that was trapped in the Land of the
Dead by her brother, Lonso.
Ж Lonso- The son of Heatio that was
sentenced to be in the Land of the
Dead

Ж Primadora, Ruler of the Dead, was a Goddess
lonely, wicked, and ever-selfish.
Ж Melea the Preserver: benevolent, life-giving,
and just.

6. THE PANTHEON CONT
Kouga- The God of the Beasts is the lover of Rukia that is
forever trapped to the world’s surface.

7. THERE WAS LAUGHTER AND JOY IN ALL
THINGS…
THEN IT STARTED TO GET COLD .

8. THE CREATION
There was a land of riches and wine. Life has stayed the same
for millions of years. Until, The God of the Sun reached the limit of his
patience for the youngest of gods. Heatio, the God of the Sun, grew
anger towards Rukia, Goddess of the Moon, for saying she was all
that kept the earth thriving.
Heatio decided to show the young Rukia just how wrong she
was. He drew away from the world and refuses to bring the light and
heat back to this world.
Rukia didn’t believe that the other god would doom a world
over her words. Every day, she waited for his return. Not realizing
what her actions had causes.

9. THE CREATION CONT.
Kaya, Goddess of the Sea, had watched from below as her
younger sister and husband fought. As Heatio left her to watch her
lovely sea freeze over with out his warm, she felt her heartbreak.
The coldness that grew inside her allowed her anguished tears to
flow into the oceans and rivers and all the waters of the world. The
coldness from the sister goddesses causes the earth to slip into a
eternal winter. The plants and creatures in it were frozen.

10. THE CREATION CONT.
Heito returned on the 17th day to find everything frozen
from the smallest tree to the humans. This was to be
expected but in his moment of anger in never crossed his
mind that it would freeze his wife under the sea.
His love for his wife was greater then his anger.
Heito promised to unfreeze the creatures of the
world for Rukia but she would have to remain in
the sky forever alone.
She agreed and remains in the sky to this day.

11. DYING AND RESURRECTED DEITY
The Sun God, Heatio had a daughter, Adrawna and a son, Lonso.
Lonso was always jealous of Adrawna because Heatio adored
her more than him.
Lonso, feeling like he was always second to his sister, decided to
find a way to get rid of her. One night while she was sleeping, he
kidnapped her and took her into the Land of the Dead to hide her from
their father. Once there, he dropped her off and left.
Heatio noticed the next day that Adrawna was missing and worried,
asked Lonso if he knew where she was. Lonso of course denied knowing
anything about his sister’s disappearance.
Heatio proceeded to go into the world and search for his daughter in
every corner of the earth. He asked humans and gods alike if they had
seen or heard anything about her, but every answer was a negative
response.

12. DYING AND RESURRECTED DEITY CONT.
One day after he had been out searching, Heatio was approached
by a messenger of the Ruler of the Dead.
The messenger was to tell him that they had found a young girl
wandering around who claimed to be Adrawna.
Heatio immediately went into the Land of the Dead to see this girl for
himself and was greatly relieved to find that it was indeed his daughter.
When asked to tell what happened, Adrawna informed her father
that Lonso had kidnapped her and hidden her in the Land of the Dead
so he would become their father’s favorite.
Heatio then took Adrawna back with him when he left and sent
Lonso back to live in the Land of the Dead in her place.

13. THE FORBIDDEN ROMANCE
Kouga was forever bound to the earth as the God of all beasts. On this cold
world, his only warmth was the love he felt for the Goddess of the Moon. Every
night , he would howl up at the moon with no word on if he was even heard.
After many nights, Rukia looked down on the man and asked why he howled at
her every night. He told her it was the call of love that ever beast knew.
Rukia didn’t believe in the man’s confession. She told him that is she loved
him then he would forever howl up to her until she said fell in love with him. The
idea in her mind was that he would give up after a few nights.
Every night, Kouga returned to howl his love and the goddess never would
appear. Centuries later, Kouga stood to howl as he always did. Instead he
heard, “I love you” from the clouds above.

14. FORBIDDEN ROMANCE
Even though, they were unable to be together in the flesh. Kouga and Rukia spent
every night talking to each other and their love only grew stronger. Rukia stands
forever in the sky protecting her lover while Kouga forever stands loyal to his lover in
the sky.
To this day, people of Luna can hear the god of beasts howl toward his lover.

15. THE FLOOD MYTH
Hydrola, the Rain Goddess, was becoming mad at
humanity because they were no longer worshipping
her like they once did.
The only people who were any longer happy about
the rain coming were the farmers, with the people who
didn’t work in the fields making umbrellas to keep
themselves dry when the rain did come.
Because of this, Hydrola decided that she was going to
send a flood to punish the people who no longer thought the
rain she brought was good.

16. THE FLOOD MYTH CONTINUED
Hydrola had a son named Wavely, who found out his mother’s plans
and decided to save the humans he thought deserved to live.
Wavely had become friends with a farmer named Dusty, who he let
know that his mother was going to send a flood.
Because of this friend ship, Wavely instructed Dusty to warn the other
farmers in his village and have them help build a boat big enough to
hold them, their families, and animals that they also needed to save.
Once the farmers had loaded up everyone into the boat the rain
started falling and kept falling for 16 days and nights.
Dusty only opened the door when the waters finally went down and
the boat landed at the beginning of the village’s field.
They then sacrificed to Hydrola who promised to never send a flood
again and to never stop the rains from watering the crops.

17. AN AFTERLIFE MYTH:
ANWYN AND ARTHUS
Primadora, Ruler of the Dead, was a Goddess lonely, wicked, and
ever-selfish.
Though beautiful of face, Primadora had always been crooked and
bent of body, defected due to her shriveled and wicked heart. As she
breathed her frigid breath over the Land of the Dead, Primadora
dreamed of becoming beautiful and beloved.
One day, while gazing into the magic mirror that showed her the
goings-on of life in the Ice World, Primadora caught sight of a handsome
young man, riding valiantly atop his horse on a heroic mission.
Instantly overcome with love and lust, Primadora knew she must
possess this mortal or languish into nonbeing. And so she devised a
wicked plot to lure him to her world of blackness and mist…

18. ANWYN AND ARTHUS CONT.
There was, indeed, a handsome man on horseback. Arthus was his name,
and boldly he was journeying through the Glacial Mountains on his way to
rescue his lost lover, Anwyn. Anwyn had been abducted by the Golrish, the
Evil Mountain King, and was trapped in the deepest dungeon of his mighty
stone castle.
Brave of spirit and noble of heart, Arthus was beloved of the gods,
watched over by Melea the Preserver, who covered his enemies in ice at their
first threats. Thus protected, Arthus met no trouble on his journey, and soon he
grew nearer and nearer to the castle of the Mountain King. Suddenly, Arthus’s
mighty steed reared and trembled, and Arthus saw that in their path grew a
beautiful bush of white roses, sparkling and glinting in the snowy light. Though
his horse shied away, Arthus was overwhelmed by their scent and beauty, and
could not help himself but to pluck a single flower…

19. ANWYN AND ARTHUS CONT.
Alas, when his fingertips touched the soft white petals, Arthus drifted into
deep sleep, and woke in the depths of the Land of the Dead. And who should
be staring down upon him but Primadora, Ruler of the Dead, who gloried in her
victory and her prize.
Melea the Preserver had seen all of this, and with her mighty powers she
gifted Anwyn with a dream. Your beloved is enslaved, she warned, but all is
not lost. Pray to me with all your heart, and I shall release Arthus from
Primadora.
And so, upon waking, Anwyn fell to her knees, crying out, “Oh, blessed
Melea, Protector of Life, release my beloved from the wicked Primadora, and
restore him to me. I beseech you, Noble One, to free Arthus from the Land of
the Dead, lest he be lost to me forever…”
Satisfied with the faith of Anwyn, Melea journeyed to the Land of the Dead on
the back of a beautiful white swan, and demanded the release of Arthus

20. ANWYN AND ARTHUS CONT.
Cackling, Primadora demanded: “Ah, but what shall I be given
in return for his release?”
“Release this man,” said Melea, “And you shall rule evermore the
Land of the Dead: it will see no queen but Primadora.”
Unwilling to refuse such an offer, Primadora bade her captive
farewell, and was crowned by Melea with petals from the white
rosebush, thus made Ruler of the Dead forevermore.
Blessed by Melea for obedience and faith, Anwyn was magically
freed from the clutches of the Mountain King, and together she and
Arthus were wed and happy, careful to remain devoted to Melea the
Preserver evermore

21. The People of Luna remain in their cold
world that is filled with good and evil. They
put their trust in the God and Goddess
that live in the sky, Land of the Dead, or
on the grounds of Luna with them. They
go to temples and have feasts in their
honor making sure they show that those
on Luna respected and needed them. As
long as they believe and stay loyal to
those that protect them, they have faith
that all will stay the same forever.
