positive and negative way. Some people tend to
depend on technology too much that this has
become their lifestyle. They overuse technology
and has become irresponsible. Instead of doing
outdoor activities, people would rather seat,
watch, play their phone and use computers. This
has become the habit of other people.

guilty pleasures because they have become
dependent on the power of technology. An
example is too much eating. Since
alternatives using technology has been
invented to remove fats, some people go for
the easier way instead of exercising and
having a healthy diet, surgeries such as

technology that they tend to depend
everything in it. Some people want an instant
result all the time, and technology made
easier for them. It may be good at times but
not all the time.

outcome as well. It really did made life easier.

example is a treadmill, which helps a lot of
people especially those who are busy all day
and have a very limited time to exercise. Also,
technology helped us in discovering healthy food
and habits that would help us have a healthy
lifestyle.

really depends on how we would handle it. A
